Great hotel. Service was good and the people very friendly.
Its near Taksim square which is good for your transportation around the city.

it has a roof garden with a nice view where breakfast and dinner is served or you can have your drinks at night.
For the smokers there is place near roof garden that can have your cigaret.

Vardar was very near to Taksim & Isteqlal , u don't need to walk more than 10 mins & u r there ..Cleanliness is very good , morning breakfast is very good also but they need to change the items every 2 days at least , we were eating the same items daily for a week !! Reception staff was helpful but they need to practice more English & they need to find a way for the airport either shuttle buses or at least gives u any contact nos. to call & order this service.Beds were comfy for me at least & u get what u exactly see in pics on the web ;)

Room Tip: Choose the rooms that have the main street view .. I liked a lot specially in the mornings ;)

Hotel is less than a minute's walk from Taksim square. Well i have probably stayed in more than 6-7 different hotels near taksim square. Well this hotel is towards Cihangir area.

The hotel is neat and clean and always decent prices. Also now they have opened up a roof top bar and the view is also good in the evenings.

They offer a small single and a standard single room. The small one though is always cheaper but it is really really small.Stand room was OK , decent size , lcd TV , locker ( was not working though ). Shower is too small i guess in all the rooms. But it is normal in Turkey hotels i guess unless it is a 5 star. The prices on the other side of Taksim where a bunch of hotels are go crazy in August/September as it is high tourist season. But this property has decent prices.

Breakfast : It is always just small size decent breakfast. Eggs , sausages , breads , juice , tea, coffee.Nothing extra-ordinary. But OK for the price of the room they charge.

Staff is always helpful and ready to solve all problems.

Only concern on my last visit was the wifi. It does not work good. But i have stayed in some of the big hotels in Taksim and it does not work there as well, no matter you spend US$200 for a night. I request the management to please make the wifi work as business people always need it. Istanbul is always looked as a tourist destination but they should really look int small issues as there is a huge amount of business people also traveling to Turkey.

I will stay there again if prices remain good.

This hotel is perfectly located between Taksim, Beyoglu and Cihangir. The best areas in Istanbul in my opinion. I stayed in a one person room, which is not big but big enough and even in the heat it was comfortable because if the airco. Also the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in this area. Certainly will go back here!

we had a great time but the beds where entirely tooooo hard. the rooms where spacious with2 beds and both were extremely hard. the staff was very helpful with various information requests. unfortunately, they couldn't do anything about the beds. the hotel was in a great location. we did enjoy ourselves.
