Grear location, just 300m from Grand Bazaar and 15 min. walk from the main historical sites; Agia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, etc...tramway stop just 100m and metro station Aksaray (direct conexion to airport teminals) only 20 min.walk.
The hotel is modern and very confortable. We got a promo price in booking so it was good value for money. The views from our room (7th floor) were nice. Rooms can be a little bit noisy because of cars and trams, though I could sleep perfectly well.
The staff of reception are not especially friendly.
Breakfast was good.

Room Tip: Ask for a high floor room to avoid noise and profit the nice views.

If you can tolerate the constant noise from air conditioning this hotel is for you. Probably the worst night sleep (didn't get a single 5 mInutes) I've had in a hotel. Complained through the night but nothing. Why have bedrooms where you can't sleep!

The rooms are sımple and a bıt spartan. But they are clean and comfortable. Call to prayers may ınterrupt your sleep so ask for an ınsıde room and run a fan or somethıng to have some whıte noıse and you won,t hear them. The food ıs adequate. We noted the good reviews for this hotel and had hoped to enjoy our stay - that was not the case. Check-in was easy and fast, our bags arrived at our room very quickly. The room was as advertised on the brochure other than no tea / coffee facilities and there was a notice in the room asking us not to use kettles, irons etc. Presumably they have a loading problem. The bathroom was good and the shower very good. Towels were a bit thin but they worked. Food at the hotel was very very bland and did not exhibit anything Turkish about it but one cannot fault it for any thing else. Breakfast was reasonable. WIFI worked well. The major problem was that we could hear everything anyone did in the rooms on either side of us. There seems to be little sound proofing and hence we were entertained by afternoon activities, heard noisy arguments, participated in drinks parties held etc - we really had the worse two mights sleep we have had in any hotel. Access to the hotel is disability friendly with some help. We would not stay here again.

Room Tip: We do not know if there are any, traffic noise is dealth with by the double glazing, inter-room nois...

It is really well positioned, modern and clean hotel. It is easy to access most of the important things in Istanbul with or without using public transport (the tram station is just opposite to the hotel). Staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms on the top floor have smaller windows but that does not spoil the overall impression. The price for 4 star hotel in Istanbul is excellent.

Room Tip: rooms facing the main street could get noisy, but the traffic jam does not start too early, so it sh...

This hotel caters to groups, but they are generally quiet and respectful people from all cultures. The rooms are modern, the food is excellent, and the service is considerate and efficient. It's located about ten blocks from Sultanahmet, but it's right on the tram line, which is convenient. When we had our window open it was incredibly noisy, but things were quiet with the window closed.

I have been to Istanbul many times on business and always stayed in the Taksim area. This time I was visiting with a friend and we wanted to sightsee. I chose this hotel from recommendations on Tripadvisor and we were absolutely delighted with it. We got the metro and then a tram from the airport, it was so easy and only cost us 6 TL each instead of paying a high charge in a taxi. The hotel is excellently placed for sightseeing, it is within walking distance, and I really dislike walking!, of the Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar etc. It is also easy to take a tram from outside the hotel over to Taksim. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, we had a large room, it was very quiet and the breakfast buffet was very good. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Definitely worth a return visit!

Room Tip: Possibly ask for a room at the back.
