We stayed at the Bulvar Palas hotel in Istanbul twice during our 10-day trip to Turkey. The first room was OK, with a column next to one of the beds that was kind of a roadblock for me; there were two beds, one of them a single one, so my husband and I used the bigger one for the two of us. The second room was a little bit worst, this time with two single beds, so we took one each (not optimal for a just-married couple). The lightning was not great in any of the rooms, but location is good.

Personally I Would warmly recommend this comfortable hotel to any family, couple or individual as it is very clean, comforting and satisfying with great facilities along with excellent services by staff.
It would definitely make a great choice.

I spent one night in this hotel.
The service was good. I had no problem in checking in and out. The wifi works very well. You have to ask receptionist for the password and login.
The room was good. The breakfast is nice.
It was a bit noisy because the hotel is located on the busy street.

Room Tip: once you go out of the hotel, turn left and go straight. walk for about 5-7min. and you will see met...

pros - good location, comfortable rooms if not near by the busy road. staff were generally friendly.
cons - fitness centre was a joke. only had a tread mill and bench for sit ups! lack of variety at breakfast. poor internet connection.

Room Tip: Don't choose one by the main road, too much noise!!! The rooms at the back are better.

The Hotel is located in a very good place that is easily accessible to the top attractions of Turkey. The Aksaray tram station is 5mins walk from the Hotel. The room was very comfortable as with all the other amenities. They even have a jacuzzi and sauna facility at the basement which however comes at a cost not covered in your stay. The staff were very helpful at the reception and at the breakfast. Would recommend this hotel for a stay at Istanbul. The only flip side is the steep charges.

Very clean and nicely decorated hotel, with nice staff. Good buffet breakfast, wifi and wellness/spa section. Looks on on rather busy street not very fancy but the location is good since bus stop is just in front of the hotel and tram (which are very good to get you to the tourist destination) is some 200m down the street. Just ask in advance if spa is included in the price since I was asked to pay for it as some other guest did, but I had it covered since it was offered as the free service when I booked the hotel (not he massage of course)
