Hotel is top central so there was no need to take a Taxi. The staff is friendly, pool area is nice but just tiny space for relax..., breakfast very diverse and delicious. The restaurant on the top is of very good quality!!... We would love to go there again and can recommend to every one.

We spent three nights in this hotel as part of a Cosmos Grand Tour of Turkey, one night at the beginning and two nights at the end. We were on Bed and Breakfast only and I think the restaurant couldn’t cope with a group.
On our first night we were in room 411 on the 4th floor. It had twin beds, hard like all the beds we had on our tour, two cosy chairs, a fridge, a flat screen television, a free room safe, a deep bath with removable shower head and soap, shower gel and shampoo. There was plenty of hot water. There was free WiFi.
We brought our own kettle so were able to make tea and coffee at will. On the other two nights we were in room 121, in an out of the way place which proved hard to find at first, and there was a kettle with cups and saucers but no tea or coffee.
It rained our first night there so we decided to go to their restaurant on the eight floor. We had checked with the waited there earlier on and he said the restaurant didn't open until 8pm. This was untrue as it was open all afternoon and until about 10pm. We ordered our meal and a drink and it took well over an hour, and several reminders, before our food arrived. The quality was ok but the portions were small and I would certainly never go there again.
Breakfast was quite good with a selection of hot and cold dishes as well as cereal, dried fruit, scrambled eggs with salami in it, not to everyone's taste, hard boiled eggs, various bread, tea & coffee. The coffee was filtered and was quite good.

From photos of the lobby area that i'd seen and the 4 star rating i expected much more.
The room service especially was rude as well as the main reception. Other staff were nice but always seemed nervous. My first room was spacious 506 however the second upon my return was very small and narrow 213.
The Wifi was good, the breakfast was okay, but i had much better elsewhere in Turkey.
The Location was good, not far from shopping and food, but as i said, nothing special.

Stayed there for a couple of days. It is nicely located, near to taksim area, Galatta towers and metro rail station. Lobby is small. The view from the gate of the hotel is nice as it overlooks a water body. Wifi in room was excellent. Staff is helpful. Rooms are average but clean. Breakfast for vegetarians has limited choice.

Stayed here for 6 nights on business. Great location, close to the shopping and the metro line. Ok so the cooked breakfast wasn't up to most European standards but I slept well and I was looked after well by the staff in most cases. I lucked out on a river view I guess and can't imagine what view the other rooms have but you know what that's probably the same for most hotels in Istanbul unless you pay up for the mega stars and most of those are not as well located as this

I spent three nights at this hotel. The rooms are small and dark. The windows were dirty. The bathroom was not clean. You can hear, all the time, voices from the next room, from the hallway. It was impossible to sleep. Also, the breakfast was average. The stuff were unhelpful. This definitly is not a hotel for recommendation.

Room Tip: Don't choose a corner room.
