Not a super nice hotel, will do the job if you cant find alternatives. Location is good, 20 minute walk from Topkapi, Blue Mosqie, Aya Sofya etc. Staff was ok, not super friendly, and English was below average. Rooms are clean, but Furniture was old, and no tea, potable water, mini bar etc. Breakfast was also poor, quality and choice wise. We had a triple room, 2 beds with an extra mattress which was a disaster, almost better off sleeping on the floor.

Room Tip: Look for something else if you want to sleep, if on a tight budget and find the price competitive, o...

Rooms cleaned every day. Reception staff do not always speak english. Rooms are all two bedroom...they will add a foldable bed if you require a 3 bedroom one. Hotel is good if you just want to sleep and be near the city centre.

There is no ambiguity in what you get at the property .
The price suited my not very deep pocket . Safe area , walking distance from the Grand Bazaar , Blue mosque , Haga Sophia . Very close to a tram stattion .
U might have to walk a little to get a decent restaurant for lunch / dinner . Breakfast is typical Turkish .
Overall a decent experience

Totally overrated.definately not nearly worth 4 star rating. In South Africa it won't get 3 star rating. The rooms were dirty, smelling like a wet ashtray, reception lady rude.We were booked in from13 to 19 July,we booked out 2 days earlier to return home as we could no longer stand it.Reception area looks very good, restaurant looks good and breakfast is good till you open your room. There were no bath plug. All rooms are smoking rooms as I tried to get a non-smoking room.If you open your window you look onto washing hanging over balconies and a empty building with most windows broken.I will definately NEVER recommend it to anybody to stay there.

the hotel is in a good location, many shops and restaurants around, the tramstop is a 5 min walk away (3 stops to Sultanahmet/old town).
The hotel is okay, friendly staff, my room was ensuite, small, could hear toilet flushing, shower from other rooms. Buffet breakfast is in the big very busy restaurant mainly on large tables, quite noisy, staff works hard but can't keep up with the large numer of guests, so tables are not always clean. Nevertheless the hotel was okay for the price I paid and I would stay there again

A very basic hotel that I only could recommend you only if you go there only to sleep. I stayed here during four nights in a travel with my family. We booked two rooms facing the street. This is rated as a 4 star hotel and in my opinion is a 3star very basic.

1. The recepcion staff: Just correct, nothing special.

2. The rooms: Really basic. The carpet did not look very clean... Beds and bathrooms just OK. We were not disturbed for the noise of the street during the night. For us was silent not as said in another reviews.

3. The breakfast: The first morning we arrived at 9.45 (breakfast is until 10 am) because we were really tired for the previous night as we arrived to the airport late and to the hotel at 2.30 am.
That morning the waiters were taking away the breakfast so we just could eat some coffee and boiled eggs. We did not like this as it did left 15 minutes yet.

Next mornings we were at "normal" hours at the breakfast room so we could enjoy the whole food. Bread rolls were delicious.

4. Location: Not very centric but near to a tram stop to arrive in five minutes to the Blue Mosque and Santa Sofia Mosque.

If you are in a budget, or you are looking just an acommodation to sleep, this could work to you. Really basic hotel so do not expect any luxury.
