Booked in advance, sent email asking about parking since I expected to arrive late and their listing claims they have parking. No reply. If they'd been responsive, I'd have been able assess if whatever parking service they offer was acceptable. So I arrive at hotel and there is no place to park at all, not even to stop. Very busy noisy street. I found a space a few blocks away and walked through busy working class neighborhood to hotel. And though they claim to speak English, in fact no one speaks a lick of English, despite claim on their listing, when I arrived around 5pm. She cannot understand questions about parking. She wants passport and credit card payment in advance, hmm that's odd and already guaranteed thru booking.com. Only second time in five week trip someone wanted to be paid before they were willing to show me the room. THEN she runs my card through scanner, mumbles something about her card scanner and asks me to walk with her outside to a auto repair shop and run my card a second on the auto shops machine? What? Ok, enough: don't answer emails, no parking space, no English, charge for room in advance of stay, won't show me a room, credit card machine doesn't work and she gives MY credit card info to the auto shop next door? No, I walked, and they insisted that, in spite of not delivering the promised services, they forced me to pay for the room. Oh, and the sites they claim as nearby are an hour away by public transit. Their listing is loaded with lies. Beware.
