excellent reviews, so our expectations were high. Even so, we were constantly surprised by the attention to detail and the hospitality of the staff. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and our room was spacious and comfortable.

the rooms were awfully dirty and smelled terrible, they even hadnt change the bed sheets. as a foreigner whose flight had been canceled and had to wait for the next one till evening, i spent the most terrible time in that hotel....
First of all when I search about the hotel in the internet i was disappointed because its faraway from city center but......
I found a very professional persons in the reception especially (Derya & Altun), they are cleaver, nice, very helpful, very good language, etc...
Really i forget the bad ideas for the hotel place before i came to Istanbul because of them...
The hotel is very good choice for the business men because its near the industrial city, and thats why we choice it...

Couple of dreadful nights here in noisy tired rooms with ineffective or no air con.
Food mediocre.
The staff however deserve a better venue - language a problem but 100% for their efforts in helping us survive in this dreadfully dated venue.
Avoid front rooms due to noisy truck route and rear for early call to prayer!
Was staying at this hotel for one night only to catch my next day flight from Sabiha airport. The hotel condetion is so bad. Air condetioning and lighting are terrible. No market or small shops are close to the hotel. Highly not recommended.
