It was a great time to spend two nights in this hotel ...the hospitality of the staff ...the resturant was great.....really I will try to stay there next visit to me to Istanbul...I'm grateful to the staff who helped me in manythings to be happy and satisfied in my stay .
The room is clean and the breakfast is delicious and fresh . The staff are helpful and friendly . 5 minutes to sabiha gokcen airport and 15 minutes tuzla marina shopping centre. 30 minutes to kadikoy.
My one night stay was due to delay of my flight on Air pegasus through Sabiha Airport. the hotel level is very low in all aspects, however, some of the staff that i dealt with very helpful, and amazing and deserve to be positively mentioned but unfortunately i do not know their names ; the bar man, the girls at reception. 'Dalya' at the front desk is a very exceptional support for the client during my short stay. she is a 5 star person in one star hotel. few little renovation could make big difference.

excellent reviews, so our expectations were high. Even so, we were constantly surprised by the attention to detail and the hospitality of the staff. The hotel is wonderfully decorated and our room was spacious and comfortable.

the rooms were awfully dirty and smelled terrible, they even hadnt change the bed sheets. as a foreigner whose flight had been canceled and had to wait for the next one till evening, i spent the most terrible time in that hotel....
