“Tranquility and Luxury in Prime Location!”
Reviewed 7 September 2013

I love staying in hotel apartments because it's like staying at a home away from home and this place was no exception. From the first email I sent to them to checking out, I was treated like a very important guest!

Omur, the manager, is a great part of the success of this place. He was prompt with emails, very friendly, professional and was as flexible as possible with dates when I had to make last minute changes in the middle of high season! Upon arrival, he welcomed us like a guest in his own home and we enjoyed traditional Turkish hospitality while we checked in. He offered to help out with tours, getting information and gave great advice on the neighborhood. Most importantly, he upgraded us!

Our room was absolutely beautiful! We had complimentary mini muffins and wine waiting for us in the room along with personalized notes from the management. The room was spotless and very clean. Everything was in excellent condition! The bathroom was very well equipped, as was the kitchenette. The pictures are exactly what the rooms look like - just perfect!

The location was also perfect! It's down the street from the hip and happening Galata Tower where there are little cafes/restaurants, bohemian stores, supermarkets, exchange and anything you can possibly need. It's only minutes away from Istiklal Street where you can ride the historic red tram that links to Taksim square. Tunel and Sishane stations are close by and can get you connected to many areas of Istanbul (public transportation is very well organized and modern!). Our favorite part of the day was passing by a fruit store next to the hotel and picking up some of the best tasting fruits before heading back for the evening!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone did their best to to make us feel welcome and helped make our vacation great! We will definitely return there the next time we're in Istanbul, I can't recommend this hotel enough!

We stayed there for one week recently. The appartment is exactly as advertized, clean and with all the amenities. The kitchen is limited (as you would expect), but everything is in working order. There's even a DVD player which is handy for a longer stay when you just feel like a night in.

The location is also good, in the area where most restaurants and nightlife are. It's also close enough walk to the bridge to either take the tram to the main sites, walk across, or take a boat tour.

The only negative point were the staff. The girl in particular was extremely nice and trying her best to help, but she simply had no clue. I feel bad saying this because she was so sweet, but it got ridiculous at one point. There was one small logistical problem (unrelated to the hotel) that we had to resolve, and we needed help from a Turkish speaker. Even the basic requests were hard.

That being said, if you're considering an appartment, you're probably independent enough and you won't need help (much of the information in the city is well advertized and online as well), so you should be all set. If you're someone that relies on hotel staff a lot to get suggestions, etc, than reconsider. Otherwise, you'll enjoy your stay.

great location right in the hustle and bustle but far enough away that you can't hear it from your room. Staff were so welcoming and informative about Istanbul. Felt like a home from home, and was very new and clean. We were very comfortable and looked after and nothing was too much trouble, Highly recommend a stay here.

Needed a hotel the night before our cruise departed from the Istanbul port. Not long after I booked I received an email from Omur, the manager, introducing himself and offering to help with any details for our trip. He was wonderful, accommodating, extremely responsive, and so willing to help. He helped us to arrange transport to and from the airport, to the ship, and arranged a guided tour of the major sites. The cost was reasonable and the drivers courteous, on time, and reliable. The hotel itself is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Front desk is open 24/7. Hotel does not have a kitchen and therefore you must have breakfast outside, but there are places within a short walk. Suites have their own Nespresso makers, cooktops and refrigerators--so you could potentially make your own. We wish to thank Omur and his hospitable staff for a most memorable stay in Istanbul.

We chose this hotel based on TripAdvisor's reviews and it didn't disappoint us a bit!
The small hotel/apartment, especially suited for families, has new and very well-finished rooms, with nice design solutions. The kitchenette is well furnished too.
The staff is amazing, super friendly and dedicated. Coffee and pastry are offered when checking in, complementary cookies and wine are to be found once in the room. The staff was helpful on giving advices on the city and booking a taxi to the airport. The fist time we stayed in a Superior Room, but when we came back a second time and we were upgraded to a Deluxe Suite with view to the Galata Tower :-)
The position by Galata Tower is excellent, close to Şişhane metro station, Istiklal and Bosporus shoreline.
Definitely recommended to everybody!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with view to Galata Tower!

Wonderful clean stunning hotel!! The photos you see are 100% true. The welcoming, service and the very helpful Omur "the manager" will deff make your stay unforgettable.

You will find in your room a Nespresso machine, which even the 5 starts hotels won't offer you this! And a chocolate cake as well!

I would deff come here again!!

We stayed in a suite in the first floor. The view was to "a yard/wall". This made the room quiet, but of course the view was not great. This was not a major minus, however, since we did not stay in the room much and everything else was great.
The rooms and bathroom are nicely and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was small but filled our requirements. If you want to cook everyday here, it might to suffice, however.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location is perfect, just a block from Galata tower. In order to get to Istiklal, there is a few blocks walk up the hill and in order to get to Sultanahmet, one has to take a tram or Tunel and Tram. The area is nice and lively; lots of cafes, shops, people, but not so touristy as Sultanahmet.

I highly recommend this place.
