Our room was really well appointed. The hotel was cute, breakfast was great. Great location. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Taksim square was only a couple of minutes away. We were close to everything we needed and everything we wanted to see.

Room Tip: We had the courtyard room and liked the access to open space.

Found this hotel based on the TripAdvisor reviews. We are a family of 5 and we booked two rooms - a junior suite and a deluxe room. The deluxe room had a full bed that slept two comfortably and had a door that entered onto the couryard that was used for breakfast - it basically was ours to use throughout the trip and was empty most of the day (even at breakfast when people were outside it was quiet and we have curtains on the windows to block the views).

The Junior suite was nice - one bedroom with full (two-person) bed and two twin sofa beds. The room had a stove, coffeemaker, dishwasher and refrigerator. The hotel is a block from a 24-hour convenience store so you can stock up and bring back items to the room.

The hotel is clean; free wifi very good and the price of the room includes breakfast. Burak was a terrific help - arranged transportation to/from the airport and also helped with sightseeing trips. The location is great - a 5-7 minute walk to Taksim Square where you can catch the metro to Old Town and also walk through the New Town shopping district.

This was a great choice - would definitely recommend to others!

The staff here literally cannot do enough to help you. The man who greeted us was waiting on the pavement when we arrived, he spent ages going through the map with us and showing us everything. Very smiley and friendly, we felt very welcome.
We had a basement room decorated beautifully, very quiet and secure.
We were just a three or four minutes walk from taksim, ideal for sightseeing, shopping, nightlife etc.
the street is a bit dodgy looking at the top. We arrived at night and there were lots of groups of men sitting around and a lot of stray cats but after being there for a few hours we realised Turkish people in Istanbul all sit outside late at night! They also feed the cats! In fact the friendliness of the people extends to the stray animals and unlike in some countries where the stray animals are kicked away and look frightened when they see you, the dogs in Istanbul are tagged and people regularly throw food for them. I think this sums up the experience Turkish people, warm and friendly, very happy to help.
The only complaint would be the litter but the street improves as you go further down to where the hotel is.
Really good value for money.

We stayed just one night but would definitely go back if we get a chance. The area is safe and location is very close to tasksim square and airport shuttle bus stop, making it very convenient to get around. The staff is friendly and most willing to help with any queries. The gentleman at the reception,Burak, is very nice and cheerful. At the time of our check out it started to rain and he was kind enough to give us one of the hotel umbrellas. Overall a good place to crash. Rooms are clean and breakfast is decent.

I really recommend it. Go there and say hallo to the manager, he is really a kind guy, he helped us with different enquiries (what to see, clubs, restaurants, taxis, etc...)

The hotel is near taksim square so you can go shopping near by.

Nice boutique hotel 200 meters from Taksim square.
The street is not really nice, but has been renovating.
The hotel is divided in two buildings and suites are in typical turkish style.

The top differentiating point of this hotel is the hotel manager, really helpful and a real guide, who will plan help you to create the best itineray to discover the city based on the lenght of your stay.
Only note.. Even of I read lot of laudable reviews of their breakfast, I didn't like it.. It is prepared in the basement with not a great choice. If not, consider this hotel if you look for a place near taksim

well it's very close to Taksim square (only 3min to talk),
if you take havas, very convenient to move from or to the airport.

the room was very cozy, clean and big.
they gave us free breakfast and very nice information what to do, where to go in istanbul.
The staff is very well english speaker. and he is also very nice and kind.

I used 3rd level room, the room was very very quiet, and it had the kitchen and living room as well with free WIFI.

anyone who wants nice place to stay, please come to Villa pera suite hotel.
the price is very reasonable and you won't regret.

Room Tip: rooms on the top was quiet, large and AC
