Had a fantastic stay in hotel[2nd this year]. With a lovely, very comfortable room. Breakfast will suit everyone, with great selection,and frequently refreshed.Roof top bathing area [with pool] is perfect for sunbathing,very clean,and peaceful, with nice snack bar.You would never think you were a few 100mtrs away from the city centre . All staff, very friendly, and very helpful. Perfect holiday! [better to book direct with hotel]
I have been in this hotel about a week ago. The location is fantastic and very near to the main historic sites. we have just walk 15 minutes to topkapi palace, blue mosque and the fantastic St. Sophia. Also there are lots of shopping options around the hotel but you can not buy everything because some shops are wholesalers. By the way hotel was average. we stayed in room 411. it was so small and there were no space to move in the room. air condition was ok.but the main point I like in this hotel is the front office. Especially the emr ( who is busy all the time :) ) and baris. He answer all our questions with passion and help us very much for the sightseeing. everything well organised and costs for what we paid. if we visit again we can stay in another hotel with a bigger room but sure we will visit the staff in this hotel.

An accaptable size and are cleaned everyday. I stayed there 10 nights i was very pleased. At the beginning i had a room near the escalator so i asked to have another room and i had it the same day. The front desk operator is very helpful. To end this review i must mention the breakfast. It was an open buffet with plenty of choices. You wont be disapointed. It is a good value for money.
Recently just stay this hotel for 03 nights . Suprised that room pretty very small for the double bed room. You will feel very uncomfortable for this kind call 4 * category hotel (if you bring 2 normal standard luggage then no space for you to walk ). Hotel 's room in Hong Kong & Japan very small but they very neat and comfortable. This hotel only able to class 3 *. Asking to change room and was told room running full by reception. The receptionist reply with unpleasant attitude. This also happened to other guests as well during myself complaints about this matter. Luckily 2nd day managed change to twin bedded and room is much better than previous. At the end found out that all twin room is bigger than double room.
Breakfast consider fair.Maybe it not suitable for Asian people as it serve a lot of kind of cheese (almost 10 items) . A quick number of restaurant, mini mart and hotel within walking distance.
I really enjoyed the hotel. Perfect location - not in the tourist area, quiet but within walking distance to the msin attractions. Rich breakfast. Friendly staff. Allowed us to leave the buggage early on the morning to explore thr city before check in.
Klas is in the Fatih area which is kind of a mix of the bazaar and a hotel mid-city district. Hence, there are a plentiful number of wholesale clothing shops but they are modern in visage, and numerous hotels. Some hotels cater to mostly Turks, some may be 2 star walkups, and some sit at the Hyatt level. Klas may cater to nothern europeans due to their owners and hence there is a biergarten type restaurant on the first floor outside the hotel. This means some drinking and loud music well after midnight. The rooms and beds were smallish and the walls thin. Hence, if you are German this may be the right spot for a visit to Istanbul if you get a good price but it was slightly below average for us.
