I was here for a business meeting recently and I can say that the rooms are quiet good, too much space for your comfort, nice sleeping quality, helpful staff, nice meeting facilities if you plan to have a meeting there and a good deal of breakfast buffet. The hotel's restaurants are also very good and swimming pool is also attractive if you have time to visit. The location is quiet good, very close to Taksim, and in case you need there is a metro station just outside the door. Internet connection was free but bad actually, it only received signal when I stood close to the door. Prices might be high sometimes, so if you do not have any budgetary restricts, I would totally recommend this hotel.

I spent a week for business in the Ramada Plaza City Center.
It is supposed to be a 5 star but it is nothing impressing. The rooms are ice, well decorated and you have everything you need.
Regarding WiFi, in theory they have it but there are good and bad internet day, so you never know if the wifi is going to reach the entire room or just by the door.
The swimming pool and spa area close at 7pm, so if you are there on business there is a slim chance you will use them.
Reception is small and usually crowded, so it takes a long time to do anything.
Also, there is a lack of attention to details. My colleague and I had the exact same booking, same price and same room type, but one of us got fresh fruit and a little souvenir in the room, the other one not... doesn't really matter, but it should not happen.

In general, it's ok, but not really a feeling of a 5 star.

Very close to the Convention Center! Very nice and friendly staff... I had an upgraded room which was very spacious and comfortable, I did hear the regular rooms are small. Nice buffet breakfast, and restaurant menu is very good. Bar has a piano player in the evenings. For small meetings, they have good space.

Room Tip: Upgrade to the larger rooms.

Hi - stayed here for a personal visit on a busy weekend in Istanbul. Room rate was Euros 129. Excellent service for this rate. Rate included breakfast and wi fi. The room was not ready when we arrived and they gave us a coffee while we waited (free of charge). The room was large, airy - had all the usual services (shampoo etc) - no noises in the night time. Breakfast was great and staff very helpful. I would have no hesitation returning here.
