Personally,Ramazan went the extra mile for my team.He made us feel very comfortable.
Like any other hotel elsewhere, your negotiation skills at the check-in counter will get you a better deal than any prior booking.
At the reception Alladin and Kayhan provided all the help I needed.
Umit,Aydin, mesut and Bilge did well to make it a worthwhile visit.

We booked a 4 night package with Lastminute.com - great value . Hotel is right by the tramway which goes past most of the main places of interest and is a good landmark for finding your way around the city centre. Main places are walkable within 20 minutes or so.Get the hotel to organise taxis so you don't get ripped off! Very helpful and nice staff who will help you plan your visit if you wish.
Great buffet breakfast ! We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant in the evening as there are so many places to choose from in the area. standard double was rather basic , no drawers or much hanging space but good mattresses, clean and fairly quiet. View of derelict buildings from ours! Some others looked a lot more plush.
We just about managed to visit all the main places we wanted to including The Blue Mosque, Sulimeyene Mosque, Aghia Sofia, Topkapi Palace, The Cisterns, the Whirling Dervishes display (strange and fascinating) and the Turkish Baths. Take a guide and haggle on the price, ours were very knowledgeable and brought it to life. beautiful at night with the water and lights. Wonderful city, people are great fun I will definitely go back.

Last summer I went to Istanbul for a business trip.
boring and nights on a business trip lasting up to. There was one nice thing about this trip. Ipek Palas.
A central location, so time has not passed the road. Cleanliness is certain, do not need mentioning. friendly staff that was the beginning of rest. And the spacious rooms, nice beds. I get there I suggest you to go to your lover.

Well I'm in another place in Istanbul, Can I stay?
Absolutely not. Only IPEK PALAS

had a very nice stay at this hotel. perfect for a weekend break as it is close to many of the sights. The rooms were comfortable and the staff (as always in Turkey) were friendly and helpful. Check out the Padisah restaurant too, the view is amazing!!!! Enjoy!!!

We were travelling back in 2008 during the Ramadan time- not so easy to fall a sleep because of sound. Location is good for shopping and exploring the city. Receptionists were polite and confirmed complimentary late check out. Room was very small but nice decorated, bathroom- not very cleaned.
Overall good value for money.
