Just arrived home from a 5 day stay here at Hotel Niles Istanbul. Loved the hotel it was sooooo welcoming and the staff were brilliant - would I stay here again - yes I would and I would also recommend it to anyone else to go there. The junior suites are lovely and have some nice furniture a little bit different to the usual hotel room. The buffet breakfast was lovely too and to sit on the rooftop terrace was a treat. We thought maybe the bar could be a bit better stocked up but apart from that it was good and at least the bar had wine which in Istanbul is expensive. The room was very clean and loved the bedding and the matching towels. We couldnt make the hamam work but that was probably because it took 3 hours to heat up and we tried it after 2. The surrounding area looked a bit seedy but I think most of old Istanbul is seedy anyway. Thank you once again Hotel Niles for a lovely stay. See you again soon!!

Room Tip: Book a junior suite you wont be disappointed.

It was a good hotel at a decent price. Bit out of the way, close to the grand bazaar. Blue mosque and aya Sofia were bit of a walk. We were not impressed with the breakfast offered by the hotel! It was not fresh

My friend and I were in Istanbul for 10 days and stayed at the greatest boutique hotel 3 blocks from The Grand Bazaar and the tramway. The front desk staff spoke many languages fluently and were unbelievably accommodating. There wasn't a problem or request resolved without a smile and good nature. The roof top breakfasts satisfied everyone's tastes and the rooms were clean and quiet. They organized all of our transfers and transportation when we asked and they were a great value all around. Thanks Hotel Niles, we will return. Mary Beth and Jody

This is an excellent hotel. The staff is friendly, hotel is extremely clean and the location is convenient. We had a junior suite for 10 nights and it was perfect. The breakfast is fresh and tasty with an excellent view from the top floor. I used the gym which was small but clean and well equipped with everything I needed. Hot Turkish tea and apple tea is served in the lobby all the time. I felt like home away from home here. Thanks for a special time.

Room Tip: We had room 311 which is a junior suite….simple perfect!!

Great hotel. Welcome by the staff upon our arrival was fantastic. Rooms were a bit small but we were able to manage as we spent most of our time out. All staff spoke English well which was a bonus. There is a huge language barrier in Istanbul, not many speak English. Breakfast could have been better! Overall good stay. Very close to the Grand Bazaar. Approx 15 -20 min walk to Sultan Ahmet Cami, Hagia Sofia, Basilica Cistern and Topiaki Palace.

I just recently stayed here for 7nts and just loved everything about this hotel. The entire staff, from the front desk, to the rooftop restaurant and maids, are so pleasant and helpful. I had booked a junior suite in order to get the mini turkish ham-am and if it fits your budget, you won't be disappointed. It was a lovely room, quiet and with a good bed, and the ham-am was wonderful with instructions included. I had a street view but it was never too noisy as cars are not allowed on this portion but there was plenty of light and nice windows to open. The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was very good with great views all around, if it's warm enough to sit outside. I also stayed in the maisonnette room for a couple nights and it also is charming with a sitting/living room upstairs and two convertible sofa beds and a romantic bedroom downstairs with also a mini turkish hamam. The standard rooms are nice too but just have an ordinary bathroom. You can walk to the Grand Bazaar, Blue Mosque, etc from here but it's quieter than Sultanamet and will be my go to hotel whenever I'm lucky enough to be in Istanbul again.

Room Tip: Book a room with the mini Turkish hamam…a junior suite or the maisonnette room.
