“Good Location but noisy area”
Reviewed 3 April 2014

I was for two night.
Positive :
1- Near tourism location
Negative : 1- Noisy (next to the many bars with high volume music )
2- No hand wash in my room , Toilet door did not close
Overall : Good for short trip if you do not want to sleep early

Room Tip: If you want to sleep before 1 AM do not chose a room near main street ( a lot of bar with noisy song...

We spent four nights in this lovely boutique hotel. The location is perfect for seeing the sights on foot and lots of restaurants close by as well. The staff are friendly and happy to assist you. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated within walking distance of Blue mosque,Aya Sofiya. The room was clean,we had a jacuzzi though it was a bit small. The view from the room was good ,we had water views though the terrace had not yet been opened for guests. The breakfast was a good spread .We were provided a free pick up and drop from the airport.

The Tria is a boutique style hotel and although does provide some good small touches, lacks atmosphere. The rooms were well equipped and very clean, the staff very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was ok, I am assuming that they want customers to use the restaurant in the main street to sit and drink, as there is no facility within the hotel. It was ok, but I do feel the advertisement on Hotel Booking was a little misleading. We knew the weather wouldn't be that great, but thought maybe the roof terrace would have plastic covering and heaters like the outside restaurants and bars, unfortunately it is currently a "building site". We did therefore visit an adjacent restaurant bar to take in the sea view from the roof top. The hotel was also pretty noisy and our room on the 2nd floor was next to the lift so constant activity. In addition the bathroom had a grill that appeared to be connected to the dwelling nextdoor and the occupiers may as well have been in our room, the sound proofing was that poor!

In a very good location to walk to the major sights, lots of cafes and restaurants in the area, and the staff were super helpful & friendly. Plus - they do a free airport pickup and have great breakfast! Also, we were there in March, so the rates were super reasonable. I'd stay here again, and will recommend it to friends.

Hello,

The hotel is very nice. The staff is very nice. The location is perfect, it's very close to all the touristic objectives from Mahmut Pasha area. I strongly recommend it, but be careful the rooms are different. Some are nice, some not so nice. We had a nice room with street view.

Room Tip: Eat at the hotel restaurant. The food is great, smells great, very good service. We eat at the fancy...

Stayed at this hotel in early December 13' and was charged for an extra room. Watch your billing statement if you stay here. They will deny any excess charges.

Aside from the excess billing the hotel was average compared to area as I have stayed in numerous hotels near this hotel. It however does offer a nice breakfast spread. The location is convenient to numerous restaurants and site attractions.
