Stay at Marriott Istanbul was a magnificient experience. Facilities available at the Hotel are amazing like:-
a) Gymnasium,SPA's,Indoor and Ourdoor Swimming Pool, Business Lounge etc.
The staff is very polite and the sea view from the Business Lounge situated at the Top Floor is simply incredible.
Multi-cuisine Restaurants cater to multi country foods and dining is a memorable experience. Rooms are very spacious and provide every comfort/luxury one expects. Next visit there is surely on cards for me.

I stayed in this hotel for about 10 days during my visit to Istanbul. A nice hotel comfortable cosy stay, good staff very helpful , though hotel not in the exact centre of city as any one would want to but was easy to commute with good taxi service

Stayed e nights whilst visiting factories on Asian side. This hotel is great for this as most industry is on teh Asian side, and if you stayed in Sultanahmet it would take a few hours to make it across in the morning! Hotel itself is quite upmarket and with priced accordingly - about €190 per night . On other hand much more basic hotel in Sultanahmt was €130 per night. Room was fine and deal gave free minibar and executive lounge which had finger food.

There is quite a glitzy shopping centre a 10 minute taxi ride away - called teh Palladium - which is worth visiting - good as any in Europe. Even though 10 minutes away in taxi you could walk it in 5minutes except you'd never make it across the highways which are very busy.

Porter took my luggage up and remembered my name when I met him next day - which is a good technique to teach staff. Elaborate fitness centre but looked as if you needed to be fit to use it. Outdoor and indoor swimming pool, but outdoor not being used as 'too cold' !!

Would stay here agin if on business in Istanbul, but for tourist visit Sultanahmet is teh place.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Asia and could not fault the hotel. The rooms are big and the bathroom well stocked. The bathrobes and slippers are a nice touch. Breakfast had a wide variety of choice with the chefs on hand to cook extras if required. We had one evening meal of two courses and drinks which cost 104tlr which I thought to be very resionable. The only down side is the distance to the harbour which cost about £11 each way. The ferry crossing was 1.5tlr about 75pence but the hotel and staff more than make up for that. They were always polite and very helpful. We only used the indoor pool, sauna and gym and could not fault the facilities. This is without doubt a 5 star hotel and I would happily recomend it as a base for a vist to Istanbul.

A good quality hotel but with only one restaurant and absolutely nothing within walking distance your eating options are limited. Unless you are doing business in the eastern side of Istanbul then you may regret picking this hotel.

The hotel has large rooms, with all amenities you may expect. Hotel is a bit expensive, but the only real alternative on the Asian side. The major draw for this hotel is therefore it is located at the Asian side of the bridge, so for business on the Asian side it is ok. For touristic adventures, the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere.

Only disadvantage of this hotel is being far from touristic and business centers of city, but when your done with your works outside, you won t need to leave hotel for dinner or a drink, they re all great inside. And rooms include everything you need, well decorated, clean and spacious.
