The studio was beautifully decorated and really well equipped. The street it's on, as well as the whole of Balat, is characterful and charming, with lovely old wooden houses and local shops and restaurants. We were really glad that we decided to stay a little outside of the main tourist zone and were able experience more of the reality of life in Istanbul. Ozkan and Peter were really welcoming and helpful hosts and if we come back to Istanbul we would definitely stay with them again. Thank you!

Thanks to Ozkan and Peter for their hospitality. It was our first visit(my mom and mine) to Istanbul and was little doubtful regarding the safety for women but it was quite safe and people were quite helpful. I think if someone would like to enjoy old Istanbul with all the amenities, they could have this as one of the option. It is very close to metro and main bus stop where you could get all the buses. It was indeed memorable trip to Istanbul .. Thanks !!
