I love the place so much.
The weather, the landscape, the host... They are just so nice.
Each room has its own shower and pantry and a small dinning table.
Its spaciuos and convenient.
Every morning, the host will cook traditional turkish breakfast for us with her home-made olives that were grown in the back of her house.
She will talk to us while we eat and we could learn more things from the locals.
There is even a old water-way arch, dated from Medieval time, right in fromt of her house.
Its very close to Sirince and its worth visiting.

However, u need to rent car and drive here with GPS navigation.
The place is not listed in POI of our TomTom so we needed to put in coordinates to initiate routing. Also, there are only 2 rooms if you are travel in a big group might not be enough space. Although the host said she is building another building by the pool which will have 3 rooms.

The bathrooms do have smell problem from the drain. The host said this will be fixed once she can connect the drainnage system to the municipals.

Room Tip: There are OK only 2 rooms which share an entrance. Once you're in the entrance, the room on the...

If you have a car and want to see Efes, Selcuk, and Sirinice this is a perfect place to stay. We stayed a couple of nights late September and it was wonderful. Friendly staff (full of information and tips) and delicious dinners (we regret eating out in Sirinice one night instead of staying in).

Most people that come to this are for more than just a day cruise probably also end up in Istanbul as well. If you are spending some of your vacation in a huge city like that, I recommend you spend the rest in a peaceful setting like this one. They have fruit trees, a new pool, and gorgeous views of the sun setting next to the Selcuk Castle. Its a quick drive from either town.

Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 2 nights in December and wished it was warmer so we could sit and enjoy the view. The location was just outside of the city nestled in citrus and olive groves. It sits on a slope so you can see the old bascillica in town. The room was very spacious and new. We did not use the kitchen, but it was nice to know it was there is needed. The owners are great. We talked at breakfast and learned about Turkey. If we are ever back in Turkey, we will stay again.

This small B&B (right now only 2 guest rooms, though there will be more in future) is in quiet and scenic setting not far from Selcuk. Dinner may be ordered and it is very good home-cooked Turkish food. If you do not have car, it is probably too far to walk to dinner elsewhere (we had a guide who picked us up every morning and, thus, we always had dinner at the B&B). The breakfast is also very good. We recommend it highly.

I knew we had found a great place when our flight arrived late with bags that were lost meaning that we arrived at the hotel at 3am and we were still met at the front door with a smile. The rooms were spacious and breakfast out in front of the pension was charming. With a car we arrived at Ephesus in just a few minutes and in the other direction of the small town Sirince. Great hotel and great price.

The positives of this place are many. For the price the room was clean, large and comfortable, with an excellent memory foam bed. The hotel is in a very scenic location, which is very peaceful. The hotel also has an excellent pool, and the food served was generally very good.
We thought the location was not ideal if you don’t have a car or indeed if you want to explore the surrounding area by foot. We tried walking in both directions from the hotel along the main road, but very quickly gained the attention of some very large and ferocious dogs that seem to protect the surrounding olive groves.
We found the owners a little curt generally throughout our stay, and we had an unpleasant experience when it came to paying the bill. We were asked the day before whether we were paying in Turkish Lira or Euros, and we agreed to pay in euros in line with what was quoted us on our booking. However, when it came to paying we were told we could only pay euros in cash and not on card, which seemed very odd based on our experiences at previous hotels. The bill that was then presented to us in Turkish Lira was based on an inflated exchange rate in the hotels favour (2.3 TL to the euro), and only after a protracted and uncomfortable stand-off did the owner lower the rate to what it should have been for that day (2.2) . This experience left a very sour taste. Our dealings with the owners made us feel that we would not wish to return to this hotel.

It's an unique experience to stay here.
First of all, this pension located out of the selcuk city, on the road to Sincere, on the mountain. So, the air is fresh, and you can have a quiet sleep. But because of its location, you'd better have a car.
Second, the manager called Andre is so good, you will feel their welcome, like that you are their family. He provide me much information about this area. During breakfast, the staff here is friendly. Provide us native Turkish style breakfast.
Third, there are only 2rooms here. I'm lucky that I book one room. It's clean, big room for us. And also there is a kitchen. As a Chinese family, if we can have some food of home taste, it will be better, especially we travel from UK to North Europe to Turkey, we miss home food so much. We cooked food by ourselves. It is very good. And also, the pension provide dinner, it is 25tl everyone.

I hope can have chance to visit this pension again, and stay a little bit longer. Stay here can feel relax.
I'm not a staff and you can trust me.
