Nothing was awful about this place, just a lot of mediocre things. The one thing that stood out and made up for it all was the outstanding westward view of Selcuk and the castle which made for amazing sunsets. The pool was also nice. The rooms were clean but had insects, the bathroom ok, the balcony ok. We asked for a room with a view but didn't get one despite the hotel being mostly empty. Overall not a bad place but besides the view not much to write home about.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view (we did but they didn't give us one), I bet it makes all the differen...

Perfect stay! Incredible view from the terrace, especially at sunset. Atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly. Hospitality that surpassed all others during my time in Turkey. Was here during some very hot days and having a pool was a nice way to cool off at the end of the day. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and it had a great view of the city and the castle. Easy access to nearby attractions and they arranged everything for me. Breakfast was delicious! Would absolutely stay here if I was in Selcuk again. Highly recommended.

As we were driving up we were worried. It seemed like a local neighborhood -- and it was !! A quaint bed and breakfast with an awesome view and best of all you felt a little like a native. We not only could view the citadel and the whole of Selcuk but also watch the shepherds bring in their flocks and local children play int he streets. All of this was from a seat by the poolside bar. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also a family-friendly location.

I Stayed at Villa Dreams for 2 nights late April 2014. I highly appreciate the service and the help from the owner, in particular for the best way to get to the touristic attractions.

The hotel is in a quite area with a nice view from the terrasse.

It has been a great stay and I would highly recommend the place.

Adel.

1. The swimming pool - it was great. You can relax while swimming and watching a beautiful scenery of selcuk at the hotel terrace

2. Location - not too far from the bus station. and Only a short walk to town and tourist site. Plenty of eating options nearby.

3. Staff in general were pleasant & helpful.

We went twice. The first time we had the family room, very clean and very comfortable beds. The second times, we had a triple room and it was not very clean, a lot of dust. But the place is beautful with the pool and the patio. Wonderful breakfast.

Villa dreams is a house turned into a hotel; rooms are of different sizes and the best ones are the ones on the roof with a fantastic terasse and view on Selcuk castle and St John Church (we luckily stayed in one of them). The hotel is on the hill and a little bit hard to find, pretty far away from Selcuk downtown (1 km) so you need to have dinner at the hotel unless you have your own car. The swimming pool is ideal to relax after an exhausting visit of Ephesus and other beautiful greek-roman cities in the surroundings. Hotel owners are very friendly and helpfull. Good breakfast served on the pool side; in the summer time, great BBQ are organised in the evening that definitely contributes to meeting with all the Hotel guests. A very good address, in particular if you have your own car.
