There's not a whole lot left of the structure, but enough of the foundations and floor-plan to see what went where. Lots of good on-site info too.

Only a 7 minute walk from the railroad station, this site contains the outline of the basilica, and has some other interesting features. It also has a lovely panorama over the lower part of the town and farming valley beyond.

If you have already visited other mosques or churchs in Istanbul. Its not a must go unless you have plenty of time to go. The yard has nice view and you can see Arabic calligraphy in stone.

I note that not a lot of people have reviewed this site. A stop here was part of our overall tour of the area and while it was short stop of only an hour we enjoyed seeing this. Be sure and take this site in if you get the opportunity.
