My friend and I were treated very well by muslin and tom. Very hospitable. Enjoyed our short stay there. Good breakfast and also great location. They gave us good advice on things to do here. Highly recommend it.

I really can not understand so many good reviews for this hotel, which was certainly the worst in all of our trip .

The rooms were spartan (see photos!), not clean, the shower was a joke and the breakfast was awfull.

Moreover, after a trip of two weeks in Turkey, I can hardly say that the staff was attentive. They have not helped us (two young girls) carry our bags to the room (even after we gladly accepted to leave our bags at reception, as the rooms were not ready on our arrival ). We were not offered anything extra (actually, there was a big warning telling us to buy our water in the marcket!). And, worst of all, because they praised themselves a lot for having the room price rounded down (seventy cents!) and for allowing us to leave our bags at reception on the day of our departure (was it a joke?) .

Some people also say that the price was good, but unfortunately I have to disagree with that too. After all, we are budget travelers, accustomed to stay in cheap hotels and throughout our trip we stayed in hotels with similar price. Fortunately, we only had good surprises (apart from the Hotel Artemis, of course!). And were treated with great respect and even love!

Sorry, but it was really a awfull experience...

The owners themselves are ever ready to display their personalized service, casual yet friendly accommodation, have strong foundation in hotelier's way, and has an ear to listen with sincere attention.

Room is clean and with the standard supply of amenities, homey and comfortable. The living area is too accommodating with spacious and cozy ambiance. All floors seem perfectly maintained and properly designed...

The breakfast hall exhibits turkish traditional area and well decorated. Breakfast meal has an adequate variety of foods (i love the youghurt)

Overall, i have enjoyed my one night stay, and i regret having a longer nights in Pamukkale; i should have spent it with this hotel instead!

The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Endless cups of complimentary apple tea in the common room and advice about where to go and what to see. The breakfast included is ample. The location is perfect being a couple of minutes walk from the station and right in the centre of Selcuk, close to all the shops and restaurants, as well as the ruins of the aqueduct. No real minus points, a few glitches with the electricity but this was sorted out quickly, I had some difficulty getting the shower just right, a fine line between scalding and freezing! I would recommend this hotel for anyone travelling to Selcuk for the friendly staff and very reasonable price. You could pay a lot more for a lot less.

Room Tip: 3rd floor had a few glitches with the electricity when we were there, also there is no lift, so mayb...

I really enjoyed my stay in Artemis Hostel. It is a great value in Selcuk, it's facilities are nice and comfortable (4 people to a room sharing a bathroom), and the location is also very good. Most of all, the people who work at the hostel are the best I've met. They go out of their way to help you and to answer any questions you have, and are also really fun to hang out with.

Room Tip: Maybe ask to be a lower level to not have to walk a lot of stairs, but shouldn't be a big issue...

A fantastic location with fantastic hosts. We had a great time here in our final days in turkey. The room was nice, clean and quiet; the breakfast was great and we felt right at home in the common areas with some international jenga and dancing by al i am. Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Cok Guzel!!

We arrived at 3 a.m. on a cold night at Artemis - 7 hours earlier than our booking. But we were welcomed and allowed to sleep in the warm living room free of charge. It felt like Paul, Gabi and the others at Artemis Hotel, Selcuk - really wanted to host and show people their beautiful township.

Artemis is a 3-minute walk from the Selcuk bus-station. St. John Basilica, Isabey Cami and the Selcuk Museum are within 10 minutes walking distance. Artemis organizes any tour at a decent cost. The management is efficient, albeit sometimes hard to find (hint: look in the living room). The rooms are basic, clean and the WiFi, decent. The communal living-cum-dining room is a great place to chat with the family and other travelers.
