We stayed 3 nights as part of a Romanian group. The rooms are spacious and very clean (no hair dryer in the room but they can be taken from the lobby, if needed). The staff is very friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful and tasty. The AC worked great and the Internet connection in the room was fast and free. Highly recommended for groups.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land. I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality of this hotel in every aspect. It was spotless, very spacious, very clean linen and the food was plentiful, tasty. The staff were exceptionaly friendly and went out of the way to welcome us. We felt quite at home in this hotel. The location of this hotel is 10min walking to the the Church Of the Nativity. However they do not provide tea/coffee/kettle/soap etc.in the room So you need to take soap, shampoo etc with you, there are shops near the hotel that you can buy these and also souvenirs much cheaper than other places.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights as part of an American tour group. Really loved the central location. The room was quite spacious though the shower reminded me of one on a cruise ship as it was quite small. The air conditioning worked great and was the type that will run softly during the night which helps drown out any ambient noise. Some rooms on the 6th floor had a balcony on the outside which turned into a nice bar to host friends on. The night views of Bethlehem were great from there. The only problem with rooms on that side of the hotel are that you are subject to the early morning call to prayer at 5:00 am which you can't help but hear coming in from the outside. Otherwise the breakfast and dinner buffets were more than adequate. The staff was very attentive and the hot food was hot and the salads were fresh. One thing though about safety - one of the elevators has a step down of 3 steps before you're on the main floor of the lobby. In the 5 days were there I saw two people miss the steps and down they went and off to the Bethlehem hospital via ambulance. The ER visit, ambulance ride and x-rays came to a total of $56. Don't forget to patronize the little liquor store immediately across the street. Cans of Coke were $1 and beers were $3 - the best prices around bar none.

My wife and I stayed 5 nights as part of a tour group. The staff was great and attentive to everyone's needs. Food was typical average to good middle east. The only issue is that the elevators were small and slow. We were in room 901 [the shower is super small in this particular room] and more often than not took the stairs down and even a few times up from the lobby. Beware the 3 steps coming out of the little elevator as two people stepped off the top stop and fell. Bed was great, water pressure and hot water were fine though bathroom lighting in our room could have been brighter. Would stay again.

I stayed there for three days, it was very nice to stay in that hotel, very clean , big rooms with gorgeous view, breakfast is great, staff are friendly , it took from me only 15 minuts walking to reach the manger square and the nativity church, shops and restaurants are only few steps far from the hotel , very good location, I felt at home when i was there.

The hotel itself it´s a good hotel with good facilities in room. The breakfast it´s not good, but dinner is reasonable. Two additional problems. They are dedicated for tour groups and you will feel lost if you are alone. Biggest problem it´s problems to go in and go out of Bethelem. It´s good to visit Nativity church, saint sepulcreand and others christian places. But when if we want to go to jerusalém i think it will not be easy due army barrier to do passport control in walls rounding the city. I don´t know solution cause if you stay in jerusalém maybe you will have same problem to go to Bethelem. Best solution I think, its be part of tour group that have all the clues to do this.

We stayed in this hotel for 4nights during our 7days pilgrimage tour of the Holy Land. It is a nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Lovely staff, rooms are nice, beds comfortable, breakfast and dinner very good. Only 15 min walk to the Nativity Church. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
