This hotel is a 10-minute walk, slightly uphill--or a short taxi ride--from the Eilat airport (ETH). It is perhaps a 2-star hotel, and the accommodations were good. It was recommended by the tour people that guided us to Petra the next day (but we longed for the Hilton, down the hill, right on the beach). We asked for a Red-sea-view room but settled in (for one night) in a city-view room. Our room had the bonus of a view of the local neighbors lounging on their balconies and various cats dumpster-diving. The walk to the beach is 10 minutes or so, more coming back uphill. There are several grocery stores downhill, as well as a small “shopping mall.” It is across the street from the Imax pyramid. Breakfast was pretty good. You might want look at reviews and prices of other Eilat hotels.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view of the Red Sea.

Furnitures are old. Coffee table is filthy. TV channels are poor.
Staff are excellent, so is the wi-fi.
Breakfast 7-10am has a wide spread of selections.
Location is good. The convenient store which opens 24/7 just across the streets helped a lot.
Easily accessible to food, the shopping mall and the beach.
It wasn't noisy.

I arrived to Eilat in a one night business trip and found that my secretary ordered my room for the next day, so I found Hotel Adi as a late night rescue, in this season when all the hotels are full with families with kids.
The Hotel is in walking distance from the shore and the Mall, but you have to go uphill to return to the hotel. On the way there are shops, bars and restaurants. The surrounding is very quite.
The hotel saw better days. The room needs facelift. The furniture is old, end the carpet needs cleaning. The T.V is old with a few channels.
The bathtub was rusty and the shower damaged.
There is no swimming pool so only few families with kids stayed there.
The underground parking is very small and strangely designed, mainly because of the triangle plan of the hotel.
The breakfast was good.
If you can get a good deal and you need a low budget hotel, it's ok, but don't expect much. There are other hotels in the surrounding with the same price. But it was good for a last minute choice.

We were barely here, really, because we got in late and left early. But, it was fine for as long as we were there. The room had a small balcony, which was nice for some air. It is only a 5 minute walk to the Red Sea. Some of the other people on our tour found food nearby, though we were too tired to go looking for it. They did make us breakfast boxes to go, since we had to leave so early. They weren't spectacular, but they were a lot better than no breakfast!

Adi hotel is a very practical alternative to rather expensive hotels in Elat. Located near tourist centre and convenience store. Breakfast and dinner are simple but satisfactory. Rooms are clean ( missing a soap, though)
Parking and WiFi are available.
If you are not looking for luxury but rather for practical and clean place to stay, Adi is avoid choice for you.

This is one of Eilat's older hotels and it's far from luxurious. The lobby is tacky-looking, with a very old-looking fountain (including fish) right in the middle of it. The rooms are built in hallways that look down over the lobby and you can hear absolutely everything that is going on in the hotel from inside your room. On the day that I was there, there was a bar mitzvah or something going on in the afternoon and I could clearly hear the music. Later, a group arrived on a school trip and I could hear kids running around the halls, screaming.

Although this hotel is located within easy walking distance of the mall and the boardwalk, the street it's located on isn't somewhere I'd want to hang out alone at night. There were quite a few unsavory-looking characters walking around, even in the middle of the day.

The rooms have all the bare necessities, but that's it. There wasn't even a proper place to hang toilet paper in the bathroom of my room. Also, the sliding door leading out to the balcony could not be locked and anyone could have opened it from the outside (my room was on the 5th floor, so they would have had to manage to get onto my balcony first, of course).

Breakfast at the hotel was surprisingly good. In fact, that was probably the highlight of my stay. Also, the staff was pleasant enough, especially the staff at the front desk.

If you need a relatively inexpensive place to sleep for one or two nights in Eilat, the Hotel Adi is fine, but it's certainly not someplace I'd take a family on vacation.
