I was completely unimpressed with this hotel. The alcohol was very low quality (seemed watered down) and the bartenders were incredibly impatient and seemed like they hated working there. The bar area overall was very dirty, much like the rest of the hotel, including smelly public restrooms! The housekeeping staff was very slow. They took two hours to set up beds for my children and three hours to bring us towels. GO's nice for the kids, but we were far from pleased. The pool was very dirty, including the towels at the pool. The dining room had long lines and was dirty as well. The floors were sticky and the staff failed to clean the food off the tables, even after guests had left the tables. Our room was also not cleaned and dust was everywhere.
