We spent 2 nights with our adult and non adult children. Each suite has its own private indoor pool and Jacuzzi. Lot's of grass for grandchildren to play on. We find lot's to do in the immediate area ie; horseback riding, hiking, ATV's and restaurants. Would also be a great place for a couple wanting to get away. With new roads it is less than 2 hours from Tel Aviv.

We stayed in HAMAKOM for three nights. This place in amazing. The room is cozy and in very high standard! The pool was warming and the Jacuzzi was absolutely perfect!! We have only one complaint- the order menu wasn't very updated, so we ordered pizza that was very testy. We will definitely come back :)

We stayed at Hamakom for two nights.
We are used to going to high slandered hotels around the world and unfortunately this place is not what it wants to be.
We paid about $600 dollars per night and for this amount we expect to have exceptional service and an amazing experience which we didn't get. The good things: Nice big suite, the pool and the Jacuzzi is very nice and there is 100% privacy.
The bad things: First there is no service at all. You see a person when you check in and you see him when you check out.
The main problem is that for this amount of money you expect everything to be exclusive and its not - there was a lot of dust beneath the bed which gave us allergy and when i asked to come and wash the floor, the owner agreed (after giving me a bad feeling because she said it was washed before we came) and when we came back to the room - they still didn't clean beneath the bed.
The breakfast was average at best - not enough food, not presented nicely and just not satisfying.
The towels and the robes are the ones from cheap fabric - after drying ourselves with it, some of the fabric stays on the body. Very annoying!
To summarize - just not worth the money and you can find much better things for this amount,.

Room Tip: All rooms are good.

My wife and I have been together 25 years.
The event celebrated the "Hamakom".
Order was quick, simple and friendly.
Since I ordered the last minute (and luckily had space), I also got a small discount and full flexibility regarding the cancellation.
As I mentioned we celebrate 25 years, thay have put helium balloons tied to the bed.
The unit was clean and tidy, the pool warm and inviting. the hot tub is particularly suitable on a chilly day as the day where we are.
Breakfast was excellent, varied and filling.
The only problem we encountered is the engine noise of the hot tub asked us to sleep, especially since the middle of the night began to rain, hit the wooden roof and made us wake up.

Room Tip: All rooms are grate !!!

My husband, myself and our two daughters spent a wintery weekend at Hamakom. We paid nearly $1,500 for two nights. For such an outrageous sum, you would have thought everything would be perfect - well, far from it. When we arrived in the evening, the light in the shower didn’t work. The woman who showed us the suite said the handyman had gone home and that he would only be back the next morning - so that night we did not take a shower as it was just too dark.

The architecture is beautiful but the place is showing A LOT of wear - the massage chair headrest is worn, the coffee table has old cup stains on it, the bathroom is far from pristine.

The first night it was freezing. We asked for extra blankets and had to pretty much argue with them until they gave them to us.

The pool and Jacuzzi looked beautiful but at closer inspection, the Jacuzzi cover which floats on top to keep it hot was filled with mildew. The pool seemed lovely but the next morning when we woke up, we noticed the whole pool area was wet - it turned out that the roof leaks so the dew/rain seeped through. Every so often while in the pool or Jacuzzi a freezing, disgusting drop would fall on you from the ceiling!!!

In addition, breakfast was nice enough although the omelets were inedible (how bad a cook are you that you ruin an omelet?) The night we arrived we were asked what eggs we would like. As we spent two nights there, no one bothered to ask us if we'd like something else for breakfast so we got stuck with the disgusting omelets two days in a row.

And the most annoying part was that we had paid about $100 more so we could stay late on Saturday (or else they kick you out at 12:00 noon). No one came to clean the room or to give us clean towels (which were all wet since we couldn’t dry them next to the pool as the roof leaks…)

All in all, it is a very beautiful place. Had I not paid so much money perhaps I could have turned a blind eye to many of the complaints written above. The thing is that when Hamakom advertises itself as an upscale boutique hotel, and charge its guests accordingly, you expect to get much more for your buck.

First class suites, great location - no doubt about it. Last week, after visiting Har Adir, we went to visit friends who stayed at Hamakom. After a while, the owners' son (?) knocked on the door and demanded that we left immediately. Ten minutes later, the owners himself came and insisted that we leave NOW while he was waiting outside the doot to make sure we left. All the above took place in a most rude and offensive manner. All four of us were really shocked. Apparently there was something in the place's regulations that made visiting impossible, but what a way of sorting out such misunderstanding!

So first of all the location is amazing - in the Galilee area, between mountains and lots of trees.
View from the suite window is beautiful and air is so clean.

The service is very good starting with reception (they actually lead you to the suite and show you all the facilities in the room), continue with good breakfast, daily newspaper.
The most amazing thing here is f course the room - you cannot believe until you see it. You get a room with Jacuzzi (that can accomodate at least 4 people in size), with a big pool (yes - a pool inside the room...feels like jumping into the water at 3:00 AM - do it), all the facilities like TV, kitchen with refrigerator full of drinks and some cakes (all comes with the room - no need to pay anyting).
Outside the room you have a nice private garden,

Amazing, amazing, amazing!

Room Tip: As much as I know all rooms are the same size and facilities so no need to choose anything.
