This is everything you'd want as a visitor or as a local in a restaurant. A lovely view with boats dotting the harbor, city buildings below, and the lovely feeling of owning it all as you look down on it. The best time to go is just before sunset so you can watch the sun on the water as it goes down and then watch the boats and city light up.
The service was great and the personnel friendly and informative. They were happy to suggest a regional dessert, and even show me a preview of it. The chicken was done to perfection. Nobody wants undercooked chicken, but neither does anyone want chicken that is dried out from overcooking. This one had the perfect balance as well as perfect seasoning. The potatoes had a spicy coating, with a little bit of sweetness that I could have done without, but the texture was perfect.
The owner would make you catch your breath as he explains (if you ask) that of course he goes outside on that tiny ledge to wash the windows high above the harbor.
The atmosphere is perfect, for either a lovely dinner party or a romantic evening or a tourist wanting to get a taste of the beauty and culture.
The price is excellent for what you get, particularly in comparison to other eating establishments. I didn't find anywhere particularly cheap to eat, but in this place I felt like it was worth what I was spending on it.
