Boutique hotel with personalized service and free parking at the most beautiful street in Haifa with the Bahai Gardens observation. Lobby and restaurant are excellent and so is the restaurant next door.

Room Tip: Ask about the new wing

We checked in on an off night. So they upgraded us to a suite. What a suite! It was modern, sexy, cool and laid out well. It was very well appointed and had a nice balcony overlooking the main drag. It gets noisy at night from the crowds on the street and neighboring bars. Light sleepers be forewarned. Breakfast was pretty good, but we were spoiled by the larger spreads we had at other hotels. Overall, its a great choice - if you're staying in the room we had. I didn't see what the other rooms were like. Great location too for food, nightlife and Bahia Gardens.

Room Tip: If your in a room facing Ben Gurion St., you get a great view, but it gets noisy at night making it...

My husband and I stayed here for one night in the Infiniti room. It was small, but that didn't matter because we weren't spending much time in the room. The spacious shower was one of the best (and most unexpected) features.

An ample breakfast was included with the rate. Parking is available in a lot behind the hotel.

We arrived during the evening and have to admit the evening staff is a bit clueless. We were given a room directly off of the lobby. Even though it was separated by a small hall, our neighbors were super noisy, going in and out all night. The room was entirely black with no windows to the outside which a.) shows off a lot of dust and streaks and b.) is not very nice in the morning when you need light. Thankfully, the room was cleaner the second day.

On checkout, the staff told us we could reserve the room of our choice online--would've been nice to know beforehand!

The breakfast was big and very good! We could order from the menu and had a large option even on Saturday, when most hotels in the area lighten up on the menu. Location is great and parking is free. Service of the daytime staff was good but evening staff lacked knowledge or interest.

Just needs some fine tuning, but otherwise, the stay met our needs.

Room Tip: Go online and choose the exact room you want, keeping away from the 2 rooms on the main floor!

Although "boutique" nowadays mostly means that the lack of major services like a swimming pool is compensated with high end design.. It rarely seems to work.. In this case it does.. That is: if you book a deluxe suite.. The suites have a jacuzzi and a nice terrace facin Ben Gurion avenue. The normal rooms are dark with blue neon lights.and much smaller. I was staying in a suite, so I loved it. Friendly staff, and nice breakfast. The place looses a star because the bathroom needs to be cleaned more thoroughly ( chalk stains all over the place).

We booked this Boutique hotel as the German colony on the footsteps of the Bahai Gardens as the areas became “the Grinch Village’ area of Haifa. The Templers sounded like a romantic option to pamper ourselves. Our Albatross room was renewed and specious and very contemporary and we even received a pampering Kava bottle with in a jar of ice. We were happy to choose this hotel. However taking a bath, we found out the water blocker is licking and the water disappeared quickly. The shatters were to small so day light penetrated to the room on sun rise. Sleeping quality was not the best as the door was not of the best quality and noise of other guests climbing the staircase was very strong. Besides there was not chain on the door to prevent staff from coming in any time they wished, so it made us insecure. The mattress and the sheets were not of a best quality of a Boutique hotel and that was very unfortunate.

For the price we paid and the reputation of a “Boutique hotel” we expected much more.

Regardless the staff was very friendly and hospitable. Our language was delivered to the room when we were outside on a tour, as the room was not ready on time. Semion the person incharge was great and even breakfast was one of the best we had in recent months.

This hotel can do much more with its “fine tuning” and has a great potential. I am sure the management will make the necessary adjustments for the benefit of all.

If you're looking for a big name, corporate hotel - this is not for you. But when it comes to a great boutique (yet luxury) stay, this place has everything.

In the German Quarter, on the street that leads to the beautiful 'temple on the hill', this small hotel sits above a restaurant and bar.

The rooms are built to a fantastic standard, and are beutifully done out.

The staff are also very friendly and accommodating. And breakfast is outstanding.

Excellent all round place to stay in Haifa.

Room Tip: Check for last minute deals as this often reduces the price drastically.
