I've been to Haifa several times, but this is my first time here. The restaurant is across from Stella Maris, and has a spectacular view of Haifa Bay out panoramic windows. Because it's on the side of Mount Carmel, the view spans the entire bay - we could see all of Haifa around to Akko.
The food was outstanding as well. The appetizers were great - a wide range of salads and other starters. My favorites were the hummus and haloumi cheese; both were excellent. The tahini was great too. The tuna was a bit gloppy, but tasted good. The veggie salad was also tasty. In fact, there were so many appetizers that I almost wasn't hungry for dinner. My entree was the lamb kabobs, which were delicious but a bit unevenly ground (lumpy).
There's no question that I'll try to come back here the next time I'm in Haifa. The combination of outstanding food and one of the best views in the city make this place a real winner.
