We selected Harmony because we wanted to be in walking distance to the Jaffa gate. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. We had one night when the street noise was disturbing. We spent five nights and would definitely return.

We spent four nights in the Harmony Hotel in October. The hotel was in a great location close to the Old City and near good restaurants and shops. The staff were very professional and attentive and helped in the choice of restaurants. The breakfast buffet was small but has the best egg salad and tuna fish my husband and I ever had. The rooms are small but well decorated and modern. The beds was very comfortable. The washrooms were nice but water perssure was marginal. The price of the room seemed in line with the quality and service. Going back we would stay there again but might opt for a larger room. We found no problems with the noise as others have mentioned.

Room Tip: Rooms were small otherwise great location and decor.

Excellent location. 5-10 min walk to jaffa gate, 5 min walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Perfect. Clean, very nice staff, extremely helpful and nice. Room not large but perfectly appointed, enough room for all our needs. Great lounge with happy hour-very nice to relax and snack in between day touring and eve going out. We were on he 2nd floor but it was very quiet.

There are some very good things about this hotel. First, there is a lovely happy hour every night with drinks and nibbles which is great to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast is quite good too. It has been decorated in a modern way and I chose it because I thought the kids (teens) would like it. They did like the free wi-fi ....but (and here comes the bad part) it is VERY noisy. I had specifically asked for one quiet room after reading the reviews on Trip Advisor and they gave us a corner room (505) which was marginally larger than one of the children's rooms (503). However, it faced the pedestrian walkway with restaurants and bars and it was so noisy that I was repeatedly woken up in the night. Two of our other children had room 406 and this was also a larger, corner room but was much quieter because it faced a different direction. If you don't mind being woken up repeatedly or if you are a heavy sleeper, this is a great hotel.

Room Tip: Well....not sure since I asked for a quiet room and didn't get one! Maybe ask for room numbers...

We spent 4 nights in the Harmony. The staff was great. The put out a nice breakfast and a happy hour in their lounge every night that most people seem to partake in. Excellent location that is close to most things you want to see.

Room Tip: Not really applicable since it doesn't have a pool or fitness center.

A small, modern gem with attractive decor, pleasant common areas and helpful, friendly staff, but the best part is the location in a vibrant neighborhood of Jerusalem. An amazing range of shops, cafes and gathering spots can be found within a short walk. The rooms are small but adequate, nicely furnished with good beds and the usual amenities (little frig, hair dryer, etc.). The hotel also provides a generous complimentary Happy Hour spread, to be enjoyed either indoors or on the second floor terrace, open to the sky. Spent five nights here quite comfortably.

Room Tip: Some street noise late at night, not cars but people

This is actually a GREAT hotel for numerous reasons: great location in the heart of the city, along Moshe Salomon street that is brimming with stores, restaurants, cafes, and quaint shops. Hard to list "the best feature" - but I would mention the location, cleanliness of the rooms, the interesting and modern decor (and amenities), the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, the free underground parking, and the availability of Wi-fi. Rooms are VERY small by American standards, but this is not US... Well done, will go back. PS. Prices were 1/3 of the Hotel David - well worth the price.
