Hotels in Jerusalem are expensive, but this is a rare great value. I stayed here for pleasure for several nights after a business trip to Tel Aviv in July 2013. The hotel was lovely, bright and clean and airy. The room is a bit small, but honestly, no smaller than similar rooms I've had at the King David and other hotels. And given the cost, it's an excellent value, running over $100 cheaper than comparable hotels. The breakfast is amazing, as most Israeli breakfasts are (though this one is better than most). They also have a lovely happy hour, where you can sit on their patio and drink a nice glass of wine and have some cheese and crackers before heading out for the evening. They're also right by a tram stop, and are a 10 minute walk from the Old City (through the Mamilla Mall). Highly recommended.
