“Everything is excellent”
Reviewed 29 June 2014

Many people will rate this place as the best Hummus in Israel.
It is for sure my favorite.
Excellent fast service and they also have a new and more fancy spot on the other side of the alley. But we prefer the old and more authentic location though...
Everything is delicious - first the Hummus (with hummus beans for me), but also try the salad with Labaneh cheese, the Falafel, Tabuleh. Drink the freshly squeezed juice (Pomegranate in season, and all the other) and finish with a strong coffee. Yum.
Prices are low as typically with Hummus.

“Perfectly soft hummus in a very nice place”
Reviewed 10 May 2014

The menu is rather limited (and not big on meat) but the quality of the servings is very high. Don't expect a big, full-featured restaurant, this is more like a small (30 seats?) hummus cafe... Ate there several times and it was equally good every time. And it is clean and proper, the owner clearly takes pride in his place and his food.

“Hummas Heaven”
Reviewed 2 April 2014

This is a small, noisy, constantly busy slice of "classic" Middle Eastern food at it's best. The wait (not bad) for a table is well worth it, as everything on the menu is great. Definitely have the hummas with pine nuts and the falafel. One of my best meals at a price that can't be beat

“Incredibly tasty!”
Reviewed 17 March 2014

I don't want to be unfair with all other restaurants in Jerusalem (even though I didn't try all of them), but I feel VERY comfortable recommending Lina Restaurant. They are kind of hummus specialized place and due to their location (close to Via Dolorosa), I am pretty sure that you're going to walk in front of it several times. Go ahead, with no fear! The place is simple, but really cosy, also frequented by local people. An old man, that I presume is the owner, prepare the hummus in front of you and then he offers you an amazing dish, served with a smattering of chickpeas and toasted pine nuts on top. Incredibly tasty!

“Great hummus, pita and falafel”
Reviewed 15 March 2014

Falafel was the best I ever had! Hot, crispy on the outside and flavorful and soft on the inside. Hummus with fuul with delicious (portion was big!). Seating on two floors. Quick service. Affordable!
