We stayed in this hotel for one night last Friday night. Check-in was quick and easy and we had a room on the 5th floor facing the Grand Court Hotel - not the greatest view but as we were only staying for one night it didn't matter. The beds were very comfortable and the room itself was a good size with a small fridge which was great for lunch on Saturday afternoon. I didn't like that the toilet was separate from the bathroom and have actually never seen this in other hotels. Plenty of space in the wardrobe for clothes.

Dinner on Friday night was excellent and there was a huge selection of food. There were plenty of areas to sit in after dinner without feeling that everyone was sitting on top of each other.

Breakfast was more than sufficient to last us for most of the day. There was a huge selection of food and I was glad we didn't book full board as we would never have been able to eat another meal of this size and richness.

We asked on arrival to keep the room until after dark on Saturday night and there was no problem with this request.

We were one of the lucky ones to get into the car park but a lot of people were turned away and there was very little parking in the immediate area. The pool area, which we didn't use, was far too small for the size of hotel with seating for only about 50 people at the most but apart from that we had no complaints.

We stayed there on a Friday evening and the hotel was so incredibly overcrowded. It took us 20 minutes of waiting to check in only to be told our room would not be ready on time. We waited for everything on Friday, to order from the bar took over 15 minutes. The pool area was full with no place to sit. The parking lot was full and I got a parking ticket parking infront of the hotel, eventhough there was no sign. The room itself was fine but really the experience was less than relaxing with all of the overcrowded issues.

I have found my experience at the Leonardo Hotel, Jerusalem a fabulous stay!! Very child friendly and very accommodating. The staff are very friendly, too. I found the wi-fi facility very useful, too. The prices of the restaurant/bar are also very reasonable.
