I was very comfortable at the Eden. It's a hotel but it was almost like staying at a B&B. Friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast and great location. I'd definitely book there again. If you can, rent a suite. It's like having your own apartment in Jerusalem.

this small hotel is very quiet, situated very conviently, close to main communication arteries of the city.
You are feeling part of the "hotel family almost from the moment of arrival.
The stuff is helpful and always in place. The breakfast very good and you can
take it outside to cozy garden. The rooms are basic but clean and airy.Definitely our choice for the next stay.

The hotel owner and manager, the front desk staff, and the cooks/housekeepers were all so kind. It's rare to see such a joyous looking team on the job but these people all seemed genuinely happy to be there. What a difference this makes!

Breakfasts were wonderful, lots of fresh salads, boiled eggs, cheeses, yogurt, and breads, and there's coffee, tea, cocoa, cappuccino, juice, etc. Nice firm beds, good hot water and shower pressure, a little fridge, a kettle and coffee, and the hotel is on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood.

The cons: be prepared to bring your laptop downstairs to the lobby as service is very sketchy upstairs (the benefit is that you get to know the staff and fellow travelers better in the common area). Noises do carry throughout the hallways and stairwell, but nothing earplugs couldn't handle and no problems later at night.

If you want to be a bit out of the busy city areas this place is perfect. There are bus lines nearby and a very pretty walk (the Peace Forest) toward town.

I like this little heimlich hotel. People in charge are really nice and cooperative.
One does not feel anonymous.
Very good breakfast and quiet rooms 10' to Jerusalem center.
I come every year and I plan to come again.

As usual we stayed at Eden on our vacation in Jerusalem and we recommend it to all our friends!! It is definitely our best stay!! The hotel is private and cozy and after many stays we feel like we are a part of the “hotel-family”. This time the breakfast was better than ever!! During our stay in Israel we spoke with each other that we were longing for the Eden-breakfast!!

Stayed at Eden Hotel for 1 night. The location is in a quite neighborhood plenty of free parkings just few mins driving from the old city. My room was basic but spacious and clean, first floor is a little noisy in the morning, but not too bad. Breakfast was also ok.
Nice, helpful and friendly staff. I reccomend this hotel for a short stay in Jerusalem.

The hotel is located in a good area near the old city.
The staff is extremely nice and helpful (Ruth)
Breakfast is nice and has a variety of salads
The beds are not so comfortable (rough surface)
Water pressure in the shower is great
Some rooms need renovation - electricity sockets out of place and wires are exposed.
Inside the rooms u can hear everything from the halls.
