Lovely cafe serves a large and diverse breakfast menu. The meals come with little bowls of jam and cheese and sauces. Well-seasoned food in a nice atmosphere.

I was taken here to this charming little local dining venue, with pretty encaustic tiles (these were made by the Christian monasteries from a technique from medieval Europe, brought by the Crusaders, NOT 'Palestinian', not that there even is such a group or culture) decorating the floors, as is common in this and some other older neighbourhoods which were settled by Christians in the late 19th & early 20th C.
My host and I each had the breakfast platter, which was very full, with eggs (omlettes or scrambled or poached), salads, cheeses, a hot drink etc., and very good value.
Well recommended when you are in the Bethlehem Rd. area.

This cute little cafe, nestled in an old house with the lovely, old Palestinian tiles you find in all the street's old buildings, serves nice food, and also nice brunches. It's a magnet for social encounters in the neighborhood, hence its friendly, laid-back atmopshere. You go there to enjoy the sun, chat with friends or read a good book.

The place is nice for social meeting, a cup of coffee and maby a light meal.
The service is not very professional.
Food is OK but nothing more.
I had onion soup which was good and my colleague had green salad which was average.
Limited selection of beers.

Service is slow and erratic, waiters I attentive and forgetful. Menu looks exciting but results at table are meager. Almost any other choice in the same area is preferable.
