Checked in Eary on Saturday for a one day stayover while running around the country for business. When we checked in, we were welcomed by Mr. Issam Habasm, who was able to set us up with a wonderful tour of Jerusalem. He then gave us directions to get top the Dead Sea, and made our stay well worth while.

Rooms are small, but all rooms outside the states are. Looked recently renovated.

The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the heart of Jerusalem, walking distance to many things. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. In particular, I'd like to commend two employees; Ibrahim in the ninth floor lounge, and Amran in the dining room and lobby bar. They are incredibly helpful and always make you feel welcome. This was not my first stay at the Dan Panorama Jerusalem, and it won't be my last.

If I told you all the things that went wrong during our recent stay at this hotel you might think I was mad. The first night we checked in from a late flight at 4:30 a.m. They began drilling the elevator 4 hours later and our entire room vibrated all morning, making sleep inpossible. It turned out they forgot to tell the elevator people about their policy of not doing early morning work. A couple of nights later their security come into our room unnannounced at three in the morning (supposedly thinking the room was empty) and scaring the daylights out of my wife. And that was just the start of things. In short, this is the worst run hotel I have ever stayed at. If you want to make your visit to Jerusalem unpleasant, then by all means the Dan is for you. Otherwise, stay just about anywhere else.

Travelled with Davis tour group and we stayed at the Dan Panorama jerusalem.
The room was very clean, with turn down servise,a beautiful lobby and restaurants, i noticed some rooms were larger than others . when i asked to use the executive lounge the front desk suggested on me to pay 65$ to upgrate to executive room or 20$ to get an entrance to the executive lounge , but it was not worthit because , the executive room are smaller than the standard rooms. we were satisfied with our acconodatios.I paid directly 10$ daily to the man who works at the executive lounge .
The front desk always helped to start my day with a big Smile.
Looking forward to returning again.

Issam Habash the front office manager could not do enough for us, adding a very personal touch to our stay. Nothing was too hard for Issam and he was always looking for ways to help make our stay enjoyable and made us feel very welcome. He made first rate suggestions on restaurants and always went the extra mile, for example making sure we had towels to take to the Dead Sea and finding a way to help us stay an extra couple of nights. Cheers Issam for your first rate hospitality.
