We spent 10 days and everything was perfect. It's that simple. All we had to do was ask, respectfully of course, and we never once heard the word "no". As a former diplomat, I stayed at many 5 star hotels on every continent. The service and quality totally exceeded expectations and would put many a Ritz or St. Regis to shame.
