Stayed here with group. Rooms were clean and there is free WiFi in both the rooms and the lobby.Location is convenient to evening walks to shopping and other hotels. Our room overlooked the old city wall...so beautiful at night. Food was great but the managing of how the crowds of people access the various sections of the buffet was a nightmare when several large groups arrived at the same time to eat. The dining manager did not attempt to steer people and no signage helped with the problem. One group simply elbowed their way into the line of patient people to get to the food. The morning there was an omelet station there was only one person making them so the line was very long. Checking in and out was quick and things seemed organized there.

My husband and I organized a family reunion at the King Solomon. It was the perfect hotel!! The location is at the center of everything and walking distance to Mamilla, the German Colony, the Old City. The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot in organizing everything (we had family coming from different countries, etc). It was warm and cozy and the hotel personnel really did everything to make our family reunion a very special moment. The rooms have beautiful views of the Old City - some have incredible terrasses. Last but not least, the food was delicious and the chef was very kind and did special dishes for us. In a nutshell, we loved it and we highly highly recommend it.

Room Tip: ask for the Old City view, it's breathtaking!

My family just returned from a vacation in Israel. We stayed at the King Solomon Hotel in Jerusalem and we highly recommend it. It is centrally located; walking distance to the Western Wall, to the Mamilla mall, to town, the German Colony and any other tourist attraction. The rooms are quite spacious and some have a beautiful view of the Old City. Delicious and abundant authentic Israeli breakfast is a great perk. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Very family-friendly. And best of all, the prices can't be beat. It is really the best deal in town. Oh wait, free Wifi in the hotel, automatically, without having to get a password!

We just stayed there 2 weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and the concierge was extremely helpful with all of our questions and spoke english perfectly. We stayed for a weekend (Shabbat) and there was no late check out fee which was nice. The hotel doesn't always wave the fee so be sure to ask before you book. We ate in on Friday night and the food was pretty decent. Breakfasts in the morning were very good, they have brewed coffee and you can request any type of omelet to be made for you. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would go back.

Room Tip: Request a room overlooking the old city of Jerusalem.

We spent a week in Jerusalem with this hotel as our home base. Excellent location and the room was very nice. The staff was friendly and and helpful .easy walk to the Windmill and artist section as well as the old train station which is a shopping area .The new walk thru high end mall is only a few blocks away and the street ends at the old city. Jerusalem is a must see on everyone's bucket list.

Room Tip: Second and third floor corner rooms have large balcony.

I will begin by saying that the rooms were a good size, clean, and the beds were comfortable. Other than that there isn't much else that is positive. The concierge was not helpful nor was he courteous. The meals were all served buffet style. There is no other restaurant.

The hair dryers in the bathroom must be from the 1970s - the ones with the hose. I'm shocked that they still work - it really cant be considered a blow dryer. I'm going to take a picture of it to show my kids! They don't turn the air conditioning on at night (hotel policy, mew were told)

I haven't been to Jerusalem before, so I have nothing to compare it to. I will definitely try another
place next time.

Room Tip: Try a higher floor so you can at least have a view
