While in Jerusalem we stayed at the Inbal. It's a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff and facilities. I highly recommend it. Location is great too.

Room Tip: Don't pay extra for a view of the Old City, there really isn't a good one. Try having breakf...

Hotel is large. Staff are reasonably friendly - certainly attentive to sort out any problems. Rooms are spacious, clean, tidy and well-presented.

The hotel is a short walk to the Old City of Jerusalem (roughly 10mins).

Breakfast, mine was included, had a decent variety (don't expect any bacon though) and the room was large enough to hold probably 100 people.

Wifi accessibility throughout. Good for business. They also have a small business centre where you can print documents etc.

The gym room is disappointingly small for a hotel of this size. Equipment in good repair, just not enough of it.

Quality of the food is very good.

Overall, Jerusalem is rather expensive anyway, so value is relative. It is cheaper I believe than the King David.

The Inbal was a wonderful place to call home for 5 nights this past June. The service was outstanding, the room was beautiful and immaculate, the breakfast buffet was amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Holy City. I look forward to returning.

Room Tip: Inquire about the view before booking.

I recently stayed at the Inbal Hotel. I decided to upgrade to access to the Executive Lounge. While the service and food was quite ordinary, the views of the city were extraordinary. The opportunity to sit outside on a roof deck with a glass of wine, looking at old Jersusalem was amazing.
Well for the extra sheckels, which. by the way, was negotiable.

I stay at the Inbal about twice/year, and I have found it to be a reliably good experience. The rooms are reasonable size for a top Isareli hotel, but more important, they are always very clean and everything works (e.g., TV, minibar, AC, etc.).

Food service is good and has improved noticeably over the past 3 years; with a few more improvements (fruit; cereal; smoked salmon), breakfast would be truly outstanding.

Staff is generally very helpful and customer service focused; quite a bit better than most other Israeli hotels -- including those that are more expensive.

Room rates are fair -- not a bargain, but not overpriced.

Room Tip: It is worth paying extra for Executive rooms (with access to executive lounge); but the extra cost f...
