The Inbal offers everything a traveler to Israel would want and is not nearly expensive as I would have thought for its quality. There is a fantastic outdoor Brazilian steakhouse restaurant with live music (at only $50 for unlimited Kosher prime meat!), a full service dairy restaurant, a downstairs lounge, and an upstairs executive area with phenomenal views. They also offer a full-service Shabbat dinner.
Make sure to stay on the top three levels for Executive access. I also found that the sound-proofing from the other areas was excellent among the regular sleeping rooms. The regular room was not the largest, but it was perfectly clean and completely modern. The Inbal cost about half of what I would have paid at King David and is still within walking distance of everything you'd want to see in Jerusalem. My advice is that if you are already looking slightly nicer hotels, just go for the Inbal because the value is just that amazing.More
