Sadly to say we only stayed here 3 nights. Beautiful hotel with real olive tree growing in middle of dining room atrium. Food was great. Rooms very clean, modern & comfortable. Had no problems. Within walking distance to many sites. Would stay here again!!

This was the last of our three hotels in Israel, and the best of the three. Everyone was wonderful. The room was on the small side, but great nonetheless. Everything was clean, food was great, and the staff went out of the way to make sure our needs were met.

My daughter needed milk one night because she was having growing pains, and while they couldnt bring it to the dining room for us because of Kosher issues, (dairy and meat), they brought her a whole quart to the room.

I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again. In fact, I am looking forward to it! This is a great hotel in a great location that caters to Western tourists and pilgrims. I love the fact they had FOX news and other US channels!

We stayed here as chosen by Educational Opportunities Travel. It is used heavily by tour groups, as many as 6 buses load in the morning to tour the Holy Land especially Jerusalem. The room we had was small, but clean and comfortable. We were at the end of a corridor and it was very quiet. The housekeeping was attentive and unseen. All utilities and electronics were is good order and user friendly. The food served to us was always buffet style since we were part of a large group. It was varied, but definitely Mideastern in its orientation. The table set up was sketchy but staff was attentive and addressed issues as they arose. Coffee and tea was served quickly and of generally good quality and variety. Staff at the front desk were helpful but often "short" in their responses and not always responsive to people standing at the desk. The location is in an area of other hotels and seems safe and you can reach the Damascus Gate to the Old City in 10 minutes walking. This is not the best hotel but very good for the traveler and all you basic needs will be met.

We stayed here as a group with an overnight excursion from our cruise ship. We had dinner and breakfast in their restaurant and had very good food. The rooms were comfortable. As a matter of fact, I had the best nights sleep I had during my whole trip of 12 nights. The bed was very comfortable!!

This is the 3rd hotel I've stayed at as part of a tour group on a cross country tour. I rank this as my top pick compared to the other two. Rooms are clean, comfortable and reasonable size. Attractively modernized. Breakfast & Dinner buffets are included in my room rate and im happy to say that there is a good variety, given that we're here 4 nights. Staff has been very attentive and courteous. Overall I give a good recommendation for a mid to high grade hotel.

This is a big hotel with many rooms, good for groups and big families i think.
We booked a deluxe room on the 5th floor because we wanted more space than a stander room has to offer... Well, the room was small and you cant even move in the bathroom. there is maybe less than 1 square meter to move !

The room was very clean, the bathroom also and the room is very comfortable. For this price, around 300 dollars per night, we have the right to expect more space than just 17 s meter and a small bathroom. It doesn't worth it.

The diner there was ok but expensive for a cafeteria because its not a restaurant... There is a buffet. I prefer to pay a la carte and get good food instead of paying 126 shekels to get unlimited food with no taste...

The waiters were nice and very polite but as usual, the room service doesn't exist in this 4 star hotel... We call at 11pm to ask for a bottle of water, since the minibar is empty in the room, and 30 minutes later we got it in the room... What a good service !

They charge 12 dollars for 24 hours Internet... a bit too much i think when many hotels provide it for free...

The location of this hotel is great for those who want to visit the old city.

Room Tip: It is useless to pay more for a deluxe room. You ll just get a small sofa that you ll not find in th...

We stayed here as part of a group tour and my comments should be read in that light.

This place was probably the nicest tourist hotel we encountered. Things were pretty comfy and we could freshen up with a late check out for our trip back to the United States.

As others have noted, the toiletries situation is probably hopeless here. They do provide (an uncertain number of) towels but don't look for anything else other than liquid soap/shampoo dispensers.

There was a little larger variety of entrees on the evening buffet than in some places. And the ambience of the entire place was pretty nice with amazingly enough, really good elevators (of course the hotel is pretty new.)

This is the one place we stayed in two weeks of traveling the country that I might want to come back to on my own.
