Location, location, location! We were able to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were clean, with adequate space, strong wifi, and the shower was great. Everyone was helpful and the breakfasts were good. We had a balcony room facing the Old City--this alone was worth the price of the room. The gardens were beautiful. We will be back!

Room tip: Pay extra for the rooms with a view of the Old City.

Very nice place close to the Old city and other interesting locations in Jerusalem. You may walk or take a bus (running frequently). The property is surrounded by nice gardens and wonderful views of the old city. We stayed for 4 nights. It's not an hotel! It's a guest house!! but you get all what you need, even free WIFI and coffee/tea facilities in the room. The rooms are simple and are being currently renovated. The breakfast is typical Israeli with lots of fruits and vegetables, orange juice that you prepare on site and an espresso coffee machine.
The staff is very friendly and happy to help. We had and enjoyable stay.

The rooms are badly kept, with cheap, stained furniture. Sheets and towels are ok, though one of the sheets was dirty. Toiletries are of the lowest possible quality. Common areas feel rancid.
The hotel does have a nice view, and staff is friendly, but that doesn't justify to stay here.

Our stay was definitely unpleasant.

The hotel is smaller so you get to know everyone at the front desk and they are very polite. Breakfast is an incredible assortment of foods each day plus they make omlets and pancakes to order each day. Old city is only about a 15 min walk to Jaffa or Zion gate. Liberty Park is about a 5 min walk. We definitely go back.
