My husband and I stayed in a hotel for the New Year eve. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the room decor was beautiful and the toilet and shower were perfectly
clean.
We had many questions and always responded to us with a broad smile, the stuff was very nice and kind. We started the day with a great breakfast at the hotel. we went to holy sites were all walking distance from the hotel, recommended us great restaurants for dinner
Finally after all the food we ate us into the hotel offers a fitness professional. Was great fun. Go back again. Highly recommend. Thank you Staff

The hotel is located in the very centre of Jerusalem, near Ben Yehuda and King George streets. Lots of cafes, bars and snacks around. Shopping centres as well.
But the room I was staying at was very small, and I could hear everything going on on my floor and outside, in front of the hotel (!).
The food (I had breakfast and dinner) is very average. My advice is to eat elsewhere.
Housekeeping and other hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

My 14 year old son and I stayed in this hotel this past week. Because of arrangements with family and friends, we checked in on Thursday, out Friday morning, back in Sunday night, out Tuesday and back in Wednesday. This is ALOT to ask of hotel staff. They had no problem. The price was outstanding. The rooms are freshly redone. Tiny but this is not a country inn off the turnpike!

And the location! Omg. Could not be better. T is right near the new light rail which allows easy access to the central bus station. It is right off Ben Yehuda which has all kinds of shops and stores and more kosher food than one can sample in a week. Would stay again any time!

Ignore the reviews that predate the renovation. They are essentially describing a different place.

Everything was nice. It wasn't a super fancy hotel and I knew that when we booked it. The front desk was friendly and we did have a problem with noise from a near by . and with in a few minutes they changed our room and there were no more problems. The hotel design is fun. The breakfast was enjoyable. There was the typical Israeli breakfast of salad, fruit, bread, cheese, but it also had some hot food and an omelette station which was good. I would have liked a larger selection of fruit, but it was still good. The bed was comfortable enough, not amazing. For us, the location was perfect because it was close enough to every place and my favorite place to eat... Over all it was nice.

we stayed at the jerusalem tower last friday the room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was good, the staff friendly. Nice location. A fitnessroom on the roof was good and we enjoyed having the place myself. I would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers who do not seek the welfare of a large luxury hotels and the location of the hotel fantastic very close to every where thanks for the staff .

Room Tip: old city view

This hotel has a perfect location for those visiting Jerusalem. Nearby there are pedestrianised streets with restaurants, cafes, shops, convenience stores and services such as banks and atms. It is only a 15 min. walk to the Old City. Our room was small, but adequately furnished and clean. Being on an upper floor we had a view across to the walls of Old Jerusalem. Staff were generally pleasant and helpful, food was good and the hotel had a bar available for drinks (including coffees). At times, the restaurant and foyer were noisy and crowded, but this did not worry us - this is just one of those things that will happen when tours and larger groups of people arrive to check in or meet to dine in the restaurant. Would stay in this hotel again. Recommended!

Room Tip: Best views on higher floors - only noisy if you leave your windows open!

Of the worst hotels that I got out my life and ill-treatment of the staff to customers resident and misconduct of employees and disbelief customers in any dialogue going on, including service very bad lack of clean bathrooms and the rooms and the presence of insects out, which made us panic hotel rates with no presence of service equal to the amount paid and poor eating and greed workers and customers as well as the presence of workers operating in the nearby project and therefore does not have a serenity for the guest
the reception manager is impolite and rude .
