Excellent and helpful reception and housekeeping staff. Great, fairly quiet Location for central city stay. An excellent point from which to explore the city and obtain transport to other parts. The new tram/train system is a short walk away and buses are plentiful nearby. Wifi best used in the mornings. Room had plenty of storage, a safe, and a courtesy tray was provided. There was also a fridge. The TV accessed a good variety of channels. Israeli hotels are pricey. A hair dryer is available from reception. A bathroom/sink plug is provided! The over bath washing line had about an 2cm of cord and so, was useless. What a pity. This hotel by comparison to other Israeli hotels, is a mildly economic option. It is fairly standard, but has got a lot of good points that could benefit a variety of travellers. The front desk staff speak a range of languages, the hotel staff are very helpful including with tourist information.
Shabbat breakfast not very appealing; other breakfasts very basic. The used breakfast dishes were piled up in plastic boxes in dining area. Dining room staff very laid back. Dining area in need of refurbishing. The hotel being very central, is very busy and is looking a little tired, it would benefit from a lick of paint.More
