My wife and I visited this zoo with our three kids (6, 3, 1) and had a wonderful time. The walking paths are very nicely landscaped and the animal enclosures were very roomy for them. There was a very good flow for walking through the park that ensured we didn't miss much. In a few exhibits, you find yourself face-to-face with the animal with no glass between you - like the eagles and kangaroos.
The sculpture garden is not to be missed. My kids played here for at least 30 minutes and my wife and I enjoyed walking through there as much as they did. There is also a small petting zoo and a decent sized playground next to the sculpture garden that make for a nice break.
Overall, one of the nicest zoos I've visited!
