Went with my Aunt & Uncle for a nice brunch,
We ate outside over looking the pond.
All was nice the company, the food was good & the scenery.

After we took a nice walk around the pond & through the Gardens,
If you are in Jerusalem & want a nice leisurely meal & stroll through the gardens I recommend it.

& of crouse after we bought a mug as a souvenir (mine was not for me, but was a gift)

Four adults went. We had a leisurely delicious dairy lunch and then strolled the gardens with the complimentary audio guide. Some very interesting plants, but all in all it was a beautiful afternoon away from the hustle and bustle off the city, for children there is a train that goes around the site every hour. It is just a beautiful oasis in the middle of Jerusalem.

A visit to the Botanical Gardens situated in the vicinity of Jerusalem Center, offers a restful, entertaining walk among the world of plants. I was for two hours today on a working photography tour of the gardens. With a guided tour or a working photography tour the visitor receives in addition to the visual pleasure of admiring the multitude of common and rare species of flowers and trees, also interesting historical information about the life of the plants encountered and about transplanted new species from distant places such as Australia and their adaptation and development in Jerusalem. At the end of the visit at the entrance of the gardens near an artificial lake is one of the nicest place for coffee or light meals in Jerusalem.

Located just off the central university campus, the Jerusalem Botanical Gardens offers between an hour to two hours of pleasant investigation into the varied climatic and geographical gardens presented. Over the years we have visited numerous times and each time have found something new on the grounds.

Took the bus tour to these gardens and was extremely disappointed by the flowers and plants. Mostly bonsai plants and hardly any flowers. Cafe was nice and served nice lunch. Would not recommend it
