IS & S's customers stayed at the Arthur hotel. The booking procedure was efficient, fast and polite, Our customers were greated in a polite and friendly way when they checked in. Rooms were nicely furnished and comfortable. Hotel location is down town so very easy to access most sites and shopping areas.

We use to spend alot in Jerusalem for one night, celebrating special occasion. Artur's hotel provided us a magical experience.
The unique Boutique design of the hotel is outstanding. Every detail has considered tastefully : The reception area, the dinning room, the elevator, the hallway, the cozy rooms... The Hotel location is perfect, surrounded by an excellent bars, restaurants & shopping areas. Walk away from the ancient city. The service standard is very high. The hotel is sparkling from cleaning. The breakfast suggest a fresh, rich and very tasty bar(also the afternoon bar). The hotel suggest a free from charge parking & special parking service. The hotel staff is very polite, responsive and handles requests immediately. .

Room Tip: For those who seek for a quiet room it is recomended to order rooms from the 4 or 5 floors

The hotel is well kept, the rooms are very clean, and the staff very polite, and the location is terrific for seeing Jerusalem. Now the bad news, the rooms are tiny, it is located in a pedestrian mall and is very difficult to find. Parking is a nightmare, with a tiny garage near their other property that requires taking your car to a lower level on a small elevator. Getting from the garage to the hotel requires a ride in the hotel's golf cart. The girls at the desk also gave us bad directions to restaurants both nights I was there. I am giving it four stars because of the $250 price, which is very cheap for a hotel in that part of Jerusalem.

Room Tip: Don't take a car, and make sure you get good directions to give a cab driver, its VERY hard to g...

We stayed at the Arthur for 3 night in June. There was a bottle of wine and a plate of delicious grapes in our room on arrival. Bottled water provided daily. Great location, staff are attentive and exceptionally helpful - helped us find local theatre (in English) and restaurants. Breakfasts were great. Loved that it was on Ben Yehuda and no traffic. Easy walking distance to the Old City and Shuk. Although there was music coming from the bars downstairs on the street we didn't hear any noise in our room.
Worth the $$ to upgrade to the junior suite. Caution - taxis do not have direct access to the hotel. Your taxi needs to call the hotel and they will send a golf cart to pick you and your luggage up from the main street.

Room Tip: Worth the $$ to upgrade to a junior suite.

I spent five nights at the Arthur Hotel in late May. My experience was consistent with most of the other reviewers, but I wanted to leave a review anyway because I thought this was an outstanding hotel. The location in the heart of a vibrant district with shops and restaurants, and just fifteen minutes or so walking to the old city, is great. Free parking and wi-fi (was spotty in the rooms when I was there, but always worked on the main floor of the hotel) were nice touches. I was there with my dad - his favorite things were the huge Israeli breakfast in the morning and the nice happy hour in the afternoon. Staff were all excellent and attentive.

Room Tip: We were on the fourth floor facing the back (a courtyard) so it was nice and quiet - I think you'...
