A very nice, good situated hotel in Jerusalem. The room was surprisingly small but nicely decorated and clean. You could tell they put a lot of effort into the details. Breakfast was very nice and this goes for the staff as well. Free wifi with ok speed. Deserves the high rating but not outstandingly good as I had expected.

My husband and I spent four nights at the Arthur Hotel, another little gem the Atlas chain has added to their collection of boutique hotels in Israel. You can't ask for a more central location, along the Ben Yehuda promenade, just steps away from Rehov Jaffa, in walking distance to just about everything--from the Old City to Mahane Yehuda. Their accommodations, breakfast, happy hour, and concierge desk are all top-notch. Again, we really appreciated their attention to detail--down to the dish of Turkish delight waiting at the front desk.

Room Tip: Our room came with a Juliet balcony overlooking Ben Yehuda Street -- while lovely, with all the cafe...

Excellent hotel- checkin and other staff friendly and efficient.Having stayed at the sister hotel Harmony several times I was very pleased to see that the Arthur had it all and a little extra. Great location and rooms perfectly appointed for any stay in Jerusalem.

Room Tip: some rooms are quieter than others- ask at checkin

We have been there this weekend, and to my great pleasure I can say it was delightful. it seems that since our last visit the hotel staff got more experience, they give you a great feeling, ad a lot of spill the moment you ask a question, and like a magic, your wish come true in seconds. - information, cleaning, service, the Chef, the Reception staff where eager to assist at any time.
The hotel is well maintained, clean and tidy, room was had great view - overlooking Jerusalem main street close - but quiet. and the breakfast was excellent .

Parking service in the next hotel and transfer to the Arthur hotel is made by "Club-Car" quick, silent and effective.
If you plan a vacation / business trip to Jerusalem, this is the place for you !

Room Tip: restaurant is only for breakfast Ask a room overlooking the Pedestrian only street.

I recently spent 4 nights at this wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Jerusalem. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a tad on the small side but beautifully appointed. Breakfast was great with staff even running out to the shop when I asked if they had soy milk! Drinks and nibbles in the afternoon another plus.

Room Tip: As high as possible

We have just spent three nights at this hotel in July 2013. It was fine and better than that in some ways, but ruined because of over-hyped reviews that raised expectations (our experience of the trip advisor no 1 hotel in Istanbul led us to an amazing hotel and we expected more of this one. Our (standard) room was VERY small, with about 18" on either side of the bed and the bathroom door opened into the room (so 18" from me when lying in bed. Not good in so many ways!! There was not even one comfortable chair - just an upright wooden one. It was also dark, being painted a pleasant but dark green. Bath towels were also small - something I hate. We were not, as one reviewer was, troubled by noise from the many cafes below, but we had a corner room with a double glazed balcony door. The good points have been extensively recorded elsewhere, including comfortable beds and wine and nibbles each evening apart from Saturday. Also very handy for the tram (which also does not run Friday evenings and all day Saturday). If getting a taxi, ask the driver to drop you on the corner of Jaffa Street (no cars, only trams) and HaRav Kuk. You then just need to cross Jaffa Street diagonally to the right and into the first street and then go immediately right again. The hotel is on the right. We were told that restaurants would be open in the area on Friday evening, but apart from one bar just up the street they were closed. Be prepared and book ahead at the very, very few places that are open.

Room Tip: Standard rooms very small so unless just staying for one night or planning on being out all the time...

A very well located hotel, with an agreeable decoration to the senses, a kind personnel, exquisite breakfast and a happy hour to relax in the afternoon. Another jewel of the Atlas chain! It is not a hotel for the people who loves the big buildings of the hotels of USA and their way to be. It is for people who wants to be in a warm atmosphere and feel comfortable and kind of "at home"
