It's located 5m walking to the main restaurant's street and 15m to the old city, but there is light train right in the parallel street that takes you in one stop so it's quite convenient overall.
The hotel is brand new so furniture and bathroom are good and it's nicely decorated. The distribution of the room could be better to give more space but the size is correct. Even with a room facing the street it was not noisy
The staff is quite nice and helpful. Breakfast (not very good) is served in a different, older hotel as they still don't have the facilities. Maybe this will change in the future
Overall I would recommend it for Jerusalem and would come back
