Not the best by far. but Clean, extremely friendly staff that go out of their way to help.
Restaurant was always buffet and we found that when a large group was in they put on a show with displays of everything you can think of but as the groups reduced wasnt as good.
All in All a good place to stay. Not far from the Tram at all.

Room Tip: Get a room close to elevators unless you like walking allot.

I stayed here solo for two nights in September 2013. The guests are mostly large tour groups from Europe and Asia. It is clean, breakfast (included) is good (nothing special but good), comfortable good size room, the other guests go to sleep and get up at decent hours so they didn't disturb me (this isnt a party place). I had a room facing the courtyard which was quiet until around 7am in the morning when a worker started dragging the metal outdoor tables and chairs across the concrete courtyard floor while setting up. The horrible scratching sound really echoed in the courtyard and it went on for a while so it was impossible to sleep any longer. Service was courteous and prompt. Location is good--near light rail and I walked from this hotel to the old city. It is about a 20 minute walk.
Dont expect any amenities like special soaps, fluffy towels or robes. This is a basic place with a comfortable bed, good location, decent price.

Maybe because of August - The hotel was noisy, not very clean, the rooms were not ready on check-in time, real problem with parking. There is a light train stop within a walking distance. The room and bath are quite basic. The rooms heading the court are much quiet than these heading the main road. There is only shallow water in the pool. Breakfast is OK but certainly does not outshine compare to the Israeli great breakfast standards.

Very basic hotel, good value for money. Not the best hotel that I've seen, but also not bad. Location is a little far from center and not in a walking distance, but you can use the Light Train, which is 3 minutes walking.
Breakfast buffet was good, not recommended in Saturadys... Pool is rather small and water are shallow and is good only for children or just for a relax.

Room Tip: Do not come in Saturdays.

A good four star hotel.
The hotel offers good value for money requested.
Good quality rooms and clean .
Hotel staff pleasant and happy to give service.
The dining room is clean and the food quality varied and good.
Good place for families.
Location a bit far from the city center for families with children.
But you can take the train two stops to the city center.
The only thing that was very problematic, wireless internet
You can not pick up the wireless internet in many areas of the hotel.

Dirty rooms, especially the bathroom, noisy hotel and with inadequate staff. They are quite kind, truth to be said, but staying in this hotel can seriously compromise your staying in Gerusalem. After the first night we came back to our room and there were no towels and no soap.. And in our friensd' room it was just the same! My night robe was on the bedside table, instead of under the pillow where I had left it, as if it had been used to clean the furniture. And to have an extra pillow the day before I had to ask the receptions twice and what for more then six hours.

the location is very good not far from train stop. the rooms are very comfortable and clean.
the service at the dining room is not quit good, the information of opening hour in the morning was not really the time that the staff was ready to serve.
