During our trip to Israel we stayed at the Grand Court Hotel in Jerusalem for 3 days. It is a beautiful Hotel and we were very satisfied with our stay. The food in the Dining Room was excellent! Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to any site seeing you may want to do in Jerusalem. I would definitely choose to stay there again!

I am here now at the hotel. It's hard to give a good review when I just came from a Swissotel in Turkey.
The air conditioning is unbearable, it shoots direct to your face,I am praying to don't get sick.
The triple room is a joke.
The room and the bathroom are old.

The grand court is an ideal location to stay in Jerusalem The rooms are big and clean. The location is great as it is a short walk to the old City and even to Ben Judah street the main walking street and shopping centre. The break-fast was huge with a large selection of food except on the Sabbath where only cold food was available. Most of the staff were friendly. The security personal were also friendly. I was most impressed by the curtsy extended by the sous chef Firas Abu elhawa . His friendliness made the Hotel a home away from home. I travel extensively around the world and have been doing so since 1983 and without hesitation could say Firas has no parallel when it comes to friendliness expressed by Hotel personnel . Thanks Firas you did your Hotel proud. The only negative was the trouble I had with the room door keys. Jay from Australia

The Grand Court isn't the only place I've stayed in Jerusalem, but it's definitely the best. Convenient location(near the Old City), friendly staff, nice accommodations. They have a nice pool, a lovely patio, it's hard to find a negative about the Grand Court.

The grand court is the perfect hotel for staying in jerusalem. The rooms are nice the location is great and the sous chef Firas is the best you could ask for. There is a very nice lobby perfect for relaxing after a day of touring as well as a pool. Highly recommended.

During our tour, the Grand Court Hotel near Old Jerusalem was the high-point of our trip with outstanding accomodations, service, and food. The buffet restaurant has more dining options than you'd ever expect with large selections of main dishes, salads, and desserts. The rooms are nicely appointed and the bathrooms are among the most up-to-date of the several hotels we've used in Israel. We felt the value for our cost to stay was excellent.

Room Tip: Our room was as far as you could possibly get from the elevators. If walking the halls a fair distan...
